I never have to wait long to be seen unlike all the other medical offices. It helps a lot especially when someone doesn't feel well. The employees are friendly and polite. The staff in the front are always willing to help. They greet everyone with a smile. I applaud the organization and efficiency that this office provides. My NP, Ali Lawing, listens to my concerns and is up to date with my care. She's friendly and compassionate. She genuinely cares. I recommend this facility. read more

Many people, not only myself but many others have waited hours and hours to be seen. This is simply not acceptable. I have said many times that this has been an issue. Today, I showed up 8 minutes late, was told by the receptionist that because I was late, that my appointment would be be shorter. I'm waiting in a room for 50 minutes and had a visit by Tonya (I had the awful experience of watching her at her worst at the law firm we worked at together years ago. She was a joke there and her knowledge of the law and ethics just got worse! What a joke! Hey Tonya! Your jealously is so obvious. I know about you. That's right. All about you and you know it. You have no idea what the heck you're doing. You have them fooled this time. But wait, just wait. You'll get yours. Hahaha. Poor baby, I have so much dirt on you, hosing off still won't help before a shower. You're pathetic Let me remind all of you that when you go to a doctor, it is your choice. But when the STAFF lies and goes as far as to bring the owner of the business in the room and continue to LIE, its time to move on. The people who work here are all nice with one exception. The wait time is just awful, if it was one time it would be acceptable, but EVERY time is not. My time is just as valuable to me. This is why they only get 2 stars. Everything else is ok. read more
