We don't live in the area, but we buy cases from them and have it shipped to us in Connecticut because they are simply the best. Their selection of wines are fantastic, their service is amazing, and they truly listen to you if you tell them what you like! We reached out to them to see if they can curate a case for my husband and I. Not knowing EXACTLY what we like and how to describe it, we gave a simple description and what they ran with was ON POINT! every bottle was delicious. We enjoyed it so much we ordered another case but this time asked for some friendly reds that would go great for our family getaway (too many different tastes to accommodate for and to just choose just a simple pinot). What was sent pleased even our pickiest wine drinking friend!!! They loved it so much that they reached out to order their own curated case. I highly recommend them, even if you're not in the area! Livingston Manor now has a well-curated, reasonably priced and flat out fabulous new wine and spirits shop! As their website says, they "specialize in sustainable, organic, and biodynamic beverages that taste good." I can attest that they have a great thing going on. All of their bottles of wine have a special note written on a tag that details the flavor and aesthetic you can expect. So far I've not been steered wrong! There's something magical about a wine shop that isn't just fully stocked shelves that have loads of wine you know nothing about. It's hard to find something that jumps out at you beyond color of the label. Here, you don't have to worry about not knowing what you're getting into. I went into this wine store for the first time. I was excited to purchase some French wines. The woman who waited on me was unfortunately rude and condescending. I purchased three bottles of French wine and didn't say anything about her attitude. I left there feeling very dissatisfied. The wine selection was adequate at best. But I was happy to try a new wine store and support a local business. I will never go back there. not only was she dismissive and curt but she also went out of her way to put down the wine store across the street from them. read more

Such a unique and beautiful shop. So many different twists and flavors to explore- with the help of Meg, who was so knowledgeable about every bottle, we had the best wine we've ever had. Limited edition botanical gin, biodynamic wine, wild fermented sparkling cider. 100% worth the visit. read more

Super cute wine & spirit shop, in a very adorable town. The main street has a nice selection of little stores to shop in. A nicely stocked friendly wine shop is the perfect addition to the area. Stoped on New Year's Eve and was pleasantly surprised. Got two wines that I will be enjoying on New Years along with some nice cheese & other nibbles. Today was a quick visit but will definitely return to the area to explore further. read more
