Business was slow so the woman serving drinks offered us a free tasting of their four main liquors: vodka, gin, maple spirit, and rye whiskey. She was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to give us detailed descriptions of each one. I'm no liquor expert but the gin and maple spirit were both delicious. We bought a bottle of each and can't wait to tuck into them later. We stayed for a few cocktails as well and really enjoyed their pleasant tasting room. I ordered the grilled chicken, bacon, spinach, roasted red pepper, caramelized onion triple decker but on a wrap with broccoli salad. Tasty and fresh.
