I had a very disappointing experience at this Nordstrom Rack location today. While I was using the…read morerestroom, there was only one available stall because the other was out of service. Several customers became impatient, knocking loudly on my stall door, rattling the other stall door, stomping outside the stall, and creating an uncomfortable environment. I understand that the behavior of other customers is outside the store's control. However, what was disappointing was how the situation was handled by an employee. Instead of checking on me with professionalism or helping de-escalate the situation, the employee came into the restroom to tell me there was a line waiting, rolled her eyes, and made facial expressions that felt dismissive and inappropriate. Rather than making me feel safe or respected, I felt embarrassed and pressured while simply using the restroom. I later contacted customer service and spoke with an assistant manager because I felt the employee's behavior was unprofessional. I hope this feedback reaches corporate so employees are reminded to treat customers with respect and sensitivity, especially in situations involving privacy.

Liquidation warehouse. And things are laid out accordingly. On the day that I've visited as soon as I walked in to my right I saw furniture, and grills. Beyond that was an area full of handtools, power tools, and generators. They have all kinds of lighting fixtures, and some small kitchen appliances. The prices truly are marvelous. If you are using a credit card, there will be a 3% charge added to the price. I didn't buy anything on this trip, I didn't need anything, but I saw some really good prices on coffee makers and kitchen blenders. This is the kind of store that if you just happen to be in the area, stop by and check it out. You will never know what kind of great deals you might get. Next time I am in the area, I'll definitely pop in and see what they have.

It has been empty for a while, but now the Gap Inc empire has retaken the store under their Old Navy umbrella. The location is medium sized for the chain but has all of the regular things you'd expect to find. Given that it's newer, it is very clean and well organized. They have plenty of their seasonal merchandise out right now and staff was really helpful at the checkout. I'm generally a fan of this chain as they provide comfortable clothes at reasonable prices. Happy to see that something finally moved into this spot! Overall: A Happy for the new store in the mall and glad it's this chain!
