With so many hair and beauty products available, it's extremely difficult to make a decision on what to place in your shopping cart. They have an extensive array of options to choose from; you can find many hair extensions, wigs, ponytails, braid packages, clothing items, jewelry, and more! It almost reminded me of that huge store on Bunker Hill called Sam Moon. It's like they're the Sam Moon of beauty products, lol. This establishment not only sells beauty products, but also sells bath and body products, such as body washes, body lotions, Dr. Teal's epsom salts, facial creams, and more. They also have an array of stylish head wraps available in a variety of colors for the soul sisters with locks or for just anyone who enjoys wearing beautiful head wraps, they have them! My overall opinion of this establishment is a positive one. I'm especially satisfied knowing that it's right up the street from my place of residence. How cool is that?!!! The worst customer service I've experienced in a long while. I came in for a haircut during middle…read moreof the day on Monday. The location wasn't busy with two hairdressers working and I was the only customer in line. After one hairdresser finished her with her customer, she went on break without even acknowledging me. Waited for the other lady to finish for about 20 minutes. When it came my turn and I set down, I informed her of the coupon I received. She stated that they no longer accept this coupon because "the owner was losing too much money and told them to stop accepting it". I wasn't happy but wanted to proceed with the haircut anyways as I was waiting for a while. The hairdresser offered to talk to her manager. When the manager (Joceline?) came out she had an attitude right from the get go. She wouldn't let me to even voice my concerns by constantly interrupting and stating that I was raising my voice at her which I definitely wasn't. She followed by implying that I am presenting a fake coupon, that it is not even for this location (it clearly is) and that I need to show her the instagram ad itself not just the screenshot of the coupon (it clearly states to print or present the barcode). Needless to say I ended up walking away without a haircut and will never be back to this location again. Even though this is a clear case of false advertising, I understand that mistakes do happen. It's not about the coupon or the money, it's about the customer service. When a customer has a concern your job as a manager is to hear out the concerns, acknowledge them, offer potential solutions or at the very least apologize for the inconvenience. Stay away from this location or go to the Great Clips next door.

They shipped right out, no problem. Like 1 of the scents so much I got right back on and ordered two more bottles of that scent. Not back, ordered; --- in stock. I've ordered many times before and I know how updates on the order work. Nothing moved for a week. So, I reached out to customer service asking if they could check on the order. I received a response back stating that I should patiently wait for "multiple bottles" to ship (which is usually how I order, btw). Okay, waited till the next week - nothing. So I reached back out asking if they could again please check the order/status and see if something was "stuck". 10 minutes later I get an email saying my order was cancelled. No email back, nothing. I can see the scent is still "in stock" so this is just that delightful customer service they are known for being pissy. It's really gross.
