-600 STARS. These absolute pieces of garbage took my $131.64 and NEVER DELIVERED THE FLOWERS. I emailed BOTH emails I found for them, messaged them on Instagram, and called them (and I'm not kidding) 10 times. They didn't answer anything. I placed an order on June 29th to be delivered on June 30th. I called and emailed them all morning on July 1st asking where the F the flowers are (in a much nicer tone). Got absolute radio silence. Now google says they're closed until July 5th I NEVER write poor reviews. But this is ABSOLUTE FRAUD AND ROBBERY. $131.64 down the toilet. Worst part is my friend never received the sympathy flowers my friends and I got for her after her grandmother died. I'm extremely disappointed and HIGHLY recommend you shop elsewhere for your flowers. These scum bag scam artists at uptown flowers will be out of business soon if I have anything to do with it. read more

I placed an order with this Uptown florist in late February 2023, for an early March 2023 delivery. I called Uptown the day the flowers were to be delivered and got no answer, so I left a voicemail. I never received a return call. The flowers were never delivered so I disputed the $100+ charge with my credit card company. Uptown responded fraudulently to my credit card companies inquiry saying arrangement was delivered. The flowers were going to a gated, secure community, with cameras and a security guard. No one within that community received this arrangement. Do not trust this florist! Look elsewhere. As you can see they have many negative reviews, trust those reviews! I wish I had looked at reviews before I doing any business with Uptown as I am still fighting the charges! read more

On Wednesday, 14 October 2020, I ordered a Premire flower arrangement through Fromyouflowers. Delivery was requested for 16 October. The flowers were not delivered. I contacted Fromyouflowers at 8:00 pm and expressed my disappointment. They said they would follow up with the local florist. On Saturday, 17 October 2020, at 1:00 p.m. Uptown Florist, Canton, Georgia delivered a bouquet to my wife. What we received in no way resembled what we ordered. I feel scammed by Fromyouflowers and Uptown Florist. I will not use either business again. BEWARE!!! read more

My daughter just recently came to help take care of me after a partial macectomy. She had to fly back home before my Birthday on the 19th of March. She wanted to surprise me and sent me some flowers from Uptown Florist, they got it wrong the first time, they agreed to send me what my daughter ordered....nope got it wrong the second time. I ordered flowers to be delivered back February for my Mother-in-Laws Birthday. It arrived a day late, and was not even CLOSE to what i had paid for. I received a basket of PLANTS, not FLOWERS. It was so embarrassing to have to explain to her that I did not just order some random shrubbery, and that this was a mistake. Upon calling the store regarding this issue, they apologized and said they would issue a refund. Weeks go buy, i make several phone calls regarding status of refund in which they assured I would receive. It is now 3 months later. No refunds, just SCAMMED. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. DO NOT RISK IT. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend the day after she was having an out-patient knee replacement. I couldn't figure out why she didn't thank me for them as she's usually a gracious person, so I contacted her and found out she never received them. My friend first contacted Uptown herself a few times, and they said they would refund the money back to my credit card. I kept watching for a credit, but it never came. So I called them myself, and was told that they would "look into it". Eventually, I got an email saying that my order had been refunded. 10 days went by, and still no refund, so I emailed them. They have not responded, so I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. I wish I had read other reviews before selecting this florist. I chose them because they're in the same town where my friend is staying with a friend of hers while recuperating. I added two stars to my rating because I did eventually receive the credit, and my friend said that the flowers she received from others were nicer than average. It appears that do nice work as floral designers. I hope that they will improve their delivery and business practices. read more

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife for Valentine's day. Specified to have them to have delivered before she left work ( gave a wide range of time). Called to make flowers were being delivered before she left, was told they were being delivered at the time of the call. Wife left work with no flowers , they didn't call and when I called them they assured me the flowers were in their way in a couple of hours ( way after my wife was gone). I was so disappointed when I saw the flowers that was sent to our daughter - completely different from what I had picked from 1800 FLOWERS. I ordered 2 days in advance of when I wanted them delivered. They didn't try to deliver until after 5 PM on the day I selected - she had been home all day but then was gone for several hours after that which is when they tried to deliver. 1800FLOWERS did what they could to make things right and said a new delivery would be attempted the next day. What was left at the door the next day was small and had 2 big sunflowers at the main flowers NOT the pretty pink and lavender lilies I had picked online. Maybe I can't fault 1800FLOWERS but I am going to let them know this is a very poor florist to use for anyone. read more

My family used Uptown Florist for the first time for a casket blanket and two standing sprays. First I would like to say thank you for the best looking arrangements . The flowers were fresh,large and the colors vibrant. We ordered online late on a Sat night and by Monday am our flowers were delivered on time and the blanket was spactacular sitting on our fathers barnwood handmade casket. I called Uptown Florist on May 1, 2019 to order flowers and in addition to deliver a jar of imported candy with the flowers. Angie was awesome. I mailed her the candy and she put a lovely bow on the jar and texted me a picture of the flower bouquet and candy before they delivered. The flowers looked beautiful. Ordered some flowers offline cost me almost $90,my friend was supposed to get them the next day.when they sent the receipt back it said it would be there the next day on the 2/13/21. No flowers, no call that they couldn't deliver on the day promised or nothing. Next day still nothing so I decided to call them. Of course they ask me name who flowers was going to 5x I even gave order number and address after 20 minutes of back and forth hold on's and I'm at work I get upset because she continues to ask me same question again finally she finds my order which was supposed to been sent out yesterday. So I mentioned that she tells me they were busy and she can cancel the order if I don't like it. In other words the audacity of me to say something about my order when they messed up. And that they are unorganized. I will gladly take my business else where they need to check they attitudes especially when your the one's who messed up. read more

Unsure what the standard practice is for this florist, but I've just had quite a negative experience. First of all, they apparently have an "old website" out there which looks exactly like their current and will process your order / accept payment just like the current site, but they will never get the order. That's a simple IT problem, take down the old site... when I realized this problem (after my card had been charged) it took nearly 5 attempts for them to answer the main business phone, not ideal. Upon making contact with one individual and explaining the situation, she became frustrated as if it was the customers fault that they didn't get it and said they would "fix" the problem and manually take my order over the phone. Okay, that sounds good, I'll still get the flowers out, just 1 day later and a little hassle.... no problem. The order never went out, cannot get ahold of the shop and I've had to dispute the charge myself with my credit card company. Not a fan of this kind of service and I certainly hope it was a fluke.... be warned read more
