The last owners here were great. Very unfortunate. Managers some "Russian chick" who can't even speak English, also told me she couldn't give me a refund when she literally gave me barely any flowers and gave me the wrong flowers. The only tiny little glitch was one balloon was somewhat deflated on arrival and was dead completely in 30 hours.
