My stylist was in the back when I arrived and no one greeted me when I walked in. He came forward 2 min later and was very professional and welcoming. I was a little put out by the fact that another stylist stood there putting away his equipment and did not at least acknowledge me. A successful service industry business needs to be friendly, even at the end of a long day.

I wanted to figure out what prices I would pay for myself and my son. The lady very very quickly cut me off saying she doesn't have time to answer the question and hung up on me before I could make an appointment. Being my first time coming there, I needed to know what to expect to pay. I will definitely not be giving them my service. She was incredibly rude.
