This place is owned and operated by the nicest, kindest people. I had a painful callous on my foot and the wife was the one working on my feet. She did a marvelous job and had a gentle touch so the whole thing was painless. I can now walk without the pain of that callous and my feet are soft and smooth! Thanks so much! read more

I went to get my nails done with 2 of my other friends and they turned out great!! The owners were very friendly and the place was clean. I got acrylics with gel and it was $40 but overall the best set I've ever gotten. I 100% would go back and would recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it! read more

Haven't had a bad experience here (and hopefully, I never do!). From the outside, it can look like it's a closed down nail salon but go in! They have reasonable prices and good quality acrylics and they fixed my horrific mess from Happy Nails and were very kind and welcoming! Cute little family and quiet and relaxing! I was visiting in Radford and this business was recommended by Brad's Barber Shop. It's in one of the older buildings on Main Street, which has its challenges (remodel keeps running into old-building surprises) but was clean enough. Owner was very friendly. She is open mostly by appointment, so call first. Wanted a pedicure to last for upcoming month in Europe and got a PERFECT one that lasted without a scratch, even tango dancing. Also got a translucent pale manicure which lasted very well, but did grow out enough by 3 weeks that I had to put some clear polish over it. Not fancy, but great work! read more

Horrible job on my nails. They say they can do solar nails, but they can't. My nails looked horrible when they were finished and they didn't care. They are unable to so pink and white. read more

This place was super great place to get my nails done. They did them quickly and didn't leave my fingers feeling raw and sore after. They are very good at airbrush nails too. Also they are pretty reasonable about the pricing, I would gladly go again. read more

My friend and I visited this nail salon recently. The female nail technician demanded that I pay before she began to do my nails. I noticed other patrons paid after their nails were completed and I did not see any signs that indicated I needed to pay prior to getting my nails done. I felt as though she was racial profiling my friend and I. She did not want to converse with me while she was doing my nails and her husband stared at my friend the whole time we were there. I will never go to this nail salon again. They are talented, but I refuse to spend my money where I am treated like I don't belong. read more

I went here earlier this week for a full set mani and pedi. The salon wasn't set up welcoming, it doesn't look nice. The lady didn't understand i wanted acrylics without the tips then proceeded to say i wanted gel. I told her husband what i wanted then they said i was changing my mind. Then he didn't even do my cuticles or anything. The acrylics were done poorly and the nail polish job was even worse. The pedicure was okay. I will not be going back but I'm giving them two stars because they were generally nice people. 25 dollars gone to waste read more

they did an okay job on my nails however far too many coats were applied. also my nails are sore after getting them done and the uv light burned my hand. probs won't go back but was worth a shot. read more

Called in to make an appointment to get my manicure, the women asked if I could come right away. I wasn't really ready, but I went in anyway. When I got there the gentleman ask what I waned, I opt to get acrylic, being that my nails had broken and I wanted something more for my wedding anniversary celebration. He said he couldn't do it because he has another appointment and he wanted to "Take his time" to do a good job, rescheduledo for 2 pm that same day. He proceeded to removed old polish. I asked him if he was going to clean my cuticles, he said no, not when I am getting acrylics. Funny it's been done before, I thought to myself. He proceeded to use the electric round file to clean my nails and I had to jerk my hand away several times because it was burning and hurting really bad!!!!! It was close to pick-up my daughter from school, had to pick her up and go back so he could finish!!! 3 hours later my fingers nails are still hurting. The nails came out okay.
