They are decently priced--I believe I paid $12 for my eyebrows, plus an additional tip. For the quality of work, I think it's very fair. It would be great if they introduced some sort of membership or rewards program for frequent visitors; that would definitely add value. The only downside is that every time I've gone in, there's only been one person working. The wait can be long, especially during busy hours. It would really help if they hired more staff to keep up with demand. Outside of the wait, though, the results keep me coming back. After each customer, she wiped down the seat and sanitized her hands. She wore gloves and a mask. I wish I would have gotten this lady's name because it was pretty obvious she had a following. Almost all of the customers ahead of me and waiting while I was getting threaded seemed to be regulars. After I was threaded, the lady trimmed my brows, applied aloe for the potential redness and irritation, and then filled in my brows with some brow powder since she was too busy to give me a brow tint. Honestly, I thought the powder filler was a really nice touch. I don't know where she learned how to thread, but it's as if her touch was blessed by fairies or some otherworldly entity because she was so gentle. I didn't feel the thread raking across my skin, and I didn't tear up as the hair was being pulled out. I could barely feel a thing. This woman was a threading ninja. Pro tip: I was told they are always busy from noon to 2:00, and then 5:00 and after, so plan accordingly if you don't want to wait.
