Poor quality of service. Talks out both sides of his mouth.Complaint Details…read moreDate of Transaction 8-27-2026 They had my boat for 4 months and by the time they got around to it both my batteries were destroyed because of lack of concern to put a charge on them. Cost of batteries are $240 each with installation charge. The boat was left uncovered in the weather which caused damage to my new cherry wood deck cover Cost to replace $420 with labor. I also want my $240 service charge refunded. They were also informed that the oil had been drained and needed to have oil in it. By the time they got around to putting oil in it all the cylinder walls had rusted. Find another mechanic. They had zero concern for my property.

David had sent me the wrong amount due, overcharging me. So I had to clear it up after reviewing the receipt. Upon launching it, I discovered that my steering was locked up and I couldn't steer the boat on the water. I had contacted David about this and he told me "One of my mechanics told me that when you pulled off." and never contacted me to let me know about it. My steering was perfectly fine when I dropped it off to be fixed. Thus, leaving me stranded in the lake. I had then called David about this to get the issue resolved, after I retrieved my boat back on the trailer, and he told me "It's a 30 year old boat, if you want a better one, go buy a new boat". After commenting a review under a post he made, bragging about fixing my boat, the post was deleted. Further, I had Halls Marine Center fix my shifting issues and fuel vent and had also discovered that, although the parts had been replaced, the issues were still there and not resolved. On the phone with David, he was very rude and unprofessional and I do not recommend this place to anyone. They will let you pull out of the lot with knowing issues on your boat and disregard your concerns, as well as not taking any responsibility for a low quality job.
