A very nice woman helped and booked our cruise. It was really nice. We did the dinner cruise. At 5:15 they started to let us on the boat. Byron took our drink order and let us know about the souvenir cup, if we wanted to buy a drink and keep the cup. Before the next group came in he answered a few questions I had and was very friendly. 6pm the cruise started. Tables were told they could go to the buffet. Food was good. I didn't like their honey mustard dressing, I asked Byron if there was any other dressing. He brought me ranch in a little cup. He was on top of refilling our drinks and asking if we needed anything. I asked him so many different questions and he answered everything and shared some things to try while in Tennessee. We had our dinner and enjoyed the view. After the meal we went on the deck and enjoyed everything. At the end I thank Byron and the rest of the crew. I would do this again for sure.

I've seen other tours offered in various places and couldn't justify the cost for the time in the air. The prices here were very reasonable and it was an experience I'll never forget! The feeling is indescribable and the views were phenomenal. The pilot is was so nice and did a great job pointing out things below. I even got a tattoo to commemorate my bucket list item and trip afterwards. 10/10 definitely recommend and can't wait to do it again some day.
