This thing is solid, with metal that's gonna patina, glass in place of yellowing plastic and an upclose detail that those cheap lights pressed out of old water bottles can't even come close to (I mean, they're not even metal). It's so worth the money on looks alone. But then there's the customer service. We ordered a light. It arrived. Looked great. BUT... it was too small. Our fault, not Shiplights'. We just weren't thinking big enough. So we called them up and exchanged the light. But it was Covid time. Thought for sure this would take forever. Nope. Couple of days later the light arrived. It had an unexpected surprise. They credited us for the shipping. They hadn't offered and we hadn't asked. This is a small business, and it's Covid time. Plus, our mistake, like I said.
