He came out at 8 PM and worked until almost 10 PM to make sure the job was finished the same night. He had to cut through drywall, work around the existing setup, and install the new opener properly. It definitely wasn't a simple installation. Yuri was professional, honest, and easy to work with. He never tried to upsell me or take advantage of the situation. Even with all the extra work involved, his price was very reasonable and much lower than several other quotes I received. We had one of the spring on the 2 car garage door snapped so I posted on Next door app. Yuri called in explaining the charges to replace both spring and sounded pretty fair. I had this one other guy who came and took everything apart only to tell me what the cost would be and I thought that was pretty odd and somehow I did not trust him. He actually tried to force the service but told him I would let hime know. I called Yuri and replaced the springs pretty fast neat.
