I just had one of the worst experiences with my grandsons at the urban air in Bryan. They have several young new workers handling dodgeball and other areas and they have allowed relatives cousins who were younger to want to try and start fights with a seven-year-old and a 10-year-old, throwing the dodgeball in their face on purpose and laughing and using the F word and other cuss words while the cousin who is supposed to be in charge watches and says nothing. Nate, the manager on duty didn't seem to phase by this behavior until the second time it was reported and the kids were still allowed to harass, bully and try and fight others in the dodgeball area. Having had both of our children's birthday parties here in the last year, I'm very disappointed in our visit for a playdate on Saturday Aug. 24, 2024. We arrived at 10:30am; I had waivers on file because of said parties in the last year. I walked up to the counter and asked for two ultimate passes. That is all I said. I was told to "you have to come over here first" and walked to a monitor at the counter four feet to the left. It was a waiver screen (I can read) but the staff member had already walked away and was chatting with a coworker, so I went through it and signed again. I called out that I was done and needed to pay for two passes; she said "oh, you can't do that at that station, you have to come back here" and pointed to the (long) line I had just waited in and she moved me out of, to sign a waiver I didn't need. She said I couldn't pay where I was now. I explained "paying for two passes is literally the only thing I'm trying to do, my kids already had waivers on file". She looked confused (new maybe?) and said you can't fill out waivers anywhere but that station. Which is laughable; there are kiosks twenty feet away where people can fill out waivers before heading up to the counter; you can fill them out online; you can fill them at previous visits, there are links on party invitations...literally dozens of ways to fill them out. But okay, sigh, I go back to the original line and stand in it again. I get to the front and ask for the passes again. I try to use one of the coupons we got as a party favor at my daughter's birthday party, and was abruptly told "you can't use those, they are only good Monday-Friday and we know, it doesn't say that anywhere on there". It ABSOLUTELY doesn't say that anywhere on there, and now I'm embarassed these were given to our guests when they are worthless. Who can visit Monday-Friday? I ask for the $16 price mentioned online. I am told "Oh, you have to buy those online". This is told me to AFTER waiting in the same line twice and being told my coupon is worthless Saturday even though it doesn't say that. Kids tried to use the ultimate passes that took me 30 minutes to buy, and there weren't enough staff to keep the "ultimate" rides open so the line would build up back to the rock climbing walls, 25 kids deep and take an hour for one go at the attraction. Not worth it. Not fun either. So our parties were great, we might even book more. But visiting outside of a party? Nope. Never again. read more

tl;dr: teenagers run wild in afternoon/evenings; not safe for small children. Was here with my kids (4yo and 7yo) on Saturday 1/14/23 5pm-6:30pm for play time before dinner. Kept my kids close because there were groups of older kids (12yo-16yo) running full speed chasing each other on the concourse and trampolines where my kids were playing, running up and down the slides in the smaller childrens' play area, paying no attention to the small children around. An older kid chased another kid over the trampolines with shoes on and bumped into a small child. We informed a staff member in the area, who tried to talk to the older kids, but they didn't pay attention to the staff member either. It has cool feature but the staff will blow their whistle at you if you try do have any fun at all. You're not allowed to run despite it being a trampoline park. Only one person on a trampoline & no sitting or falling. No kicking the dodgeballs and you have to complete the obstacle course and are not allowed to have fun in the balls. I got kicked out for kicking the dodgeballs when nobody else was there. Don't go here because you will be kicked out if you don't have fun their way. read more

This place could use an adult or two. Its run by teenagers. Kids running around and cussing. Fist fight broke out in the far corner of the tube course and nobody was even watching that area. My 7 year old even complained of all the foul language these kids use. Nobody is in control its total anarchy here on Friday night! Not something i would recommend for smaller kids. Maybe its just an evening crowd thing but whoever manages this location needs to keep a closer eye on what really goes on here. Staff is practically non existent. read more

This place is pretty cool, and my kids loved it UNTIL my son was told he was too short to go on the ropes course and sky rider. They have a height chart right at check in saying what you can and can't do at the park. He measured easily at the 48" mark. When we first arrived he had already been on the sky rider multiple times. Then when he returns to go on the rope course he's told he's too short. We explained that he was tall enough according to their height chart, then we were told "Oh we don't go by that because it's not right." Excuse me??? At this point they brought out a metal L-shaped measuring stick. I told him to stand up straight, and they said "He can't do that. He's stretching himself out." My response, "You mean standing up straight???" After some discussion back and forth they explained that the stick has to hit his head, and not go over the top. Even if it is touching. So, your kid actually has to be OVER 48" to participate in these two attractions, and not "At least" 48inches tall as they state on their website, and measurements guide at the front. Obviously, my kid was really angry and upset that the rules seemed to have changed (or were not specific) regarding this particular rule. Management did apologize and give him an Icee for his trouble. I'm posting this story for anyone else who is thinking of going and might have a kid on the shorter side, who might also be obsessive about details and VERY literal in translation of those details. This trip unfortunately made for a hard day for this Mama, and her kiddo. Side note: He measured 48.2 inches at his well check in June 2022. And the harness they put on him fit well and was not loose or ill-fitting. read more

There is not much to choose from in the BCS area when it comes to birthday parties. My son and his friends had a spectacular time at urban air. They Hill Dallas decorate the room the way my son wanted it done and he was exhausted from running around and having a good time which is wonderful since most of the time you can't pull kids off of gaming systems. We have been to Urban Air several times, both on our own and for birthday parties. Each visit we have had a good experience! This past Saturday we attended a birthday party. Nate, the party host, blew me away! He not only made sure the children were taken care of, he also checked in on the adults in attendance. He was interactive with all of the children, but especially the three year old birthday girl. His announcements over the loudspeaker were engaging and grabbed your attention. All in all i was very impressed with Nate in comparison to previous party hosts that we have experienced. read more

We waited over an hour for the zip line. Only one person was manning it and multiple times there were kids in the ropes course that were stuck or couldn't move the rope. Y'all need to have a person for the ropes course a person for the zip and a person at harnesses/the door up the ramp. Kids were going up the ramp to the ropes/zip because the door wasn't locked and no one was manning it. Otherwise it was fun but that made it miserable. read more

This is a pretty great place. I would like to see a couple adults helping to run it, but its not too bad. We had a good time with kids ranging from 3-13. I lost my phone in the ball pit.. They told me I could come back at closing and try to find it. Upon getting back at 10:30p they let us get in there and go nuts. today was unacceptable i've been here many times before and this never happened on the date of 04/11/21 me and my bestfriend were sitting on them massage chair things and one of there employees came to us and said that we had to get up mind you the chair wasn't beeping, we proceeded to get up and go sit on the back wall of the trampoline and the same male told us "y'all cannot be sitting there" so we got up then he told us "if y'all have a problem then y'all can leave" we never said nothing to him then we went and sat on some benches he then proceeded to circle where we where multiple times another employee went to the party room and was pointing at us we felt like we were being followed or that everything we did was a problem. read more

This is one of the worst ran businesses I've ever been to. An older teenager threatened and shoved my 8 year old down and then mouthed off to my wife and I when approached. The manager Matthew didn't do a damn thing about it and didn't even care. This is pathetic that this business is okay with older kids threatening and shoving a little kid and showing no respect or remorse towards the parents or kids. I would not recommend this place at all! I will never be back here and highly recommend Jumping World over this place. Also according to one of the staff members, she was hit by a customer in the past and this same manager did not do anything about it but tell her to go to the back and let the person stay there. I took my daughter to this spot last night, Sunday March 14, for teen night. The night before myself, my mother, as well as my dad (important fact) took a group of 11 children to jump. On the night of the 13th we spent approximately 400$. Last night, was complete chaos! There were about 150-180 teens and parents and this is not including the employees. There were, so many people that were just standing around. There were multiple attempted fights, the police were there. It was UNBELIEVABLE. We were there for a good 35 to 40 minutes around 10:45 pm, there was so much going on. My 16 year old son was with us ( due to the amount of people, he didn't want to jump) so he and I just sat at a table the same way I did the night before. Anyway, around 10:45 I could no longer see my daughter. This made me very uneasy due to the fact that, there were about 150 unsupervised teenagers. I told my son to go find his sister and tell her to stay visible because I started to feel scared. He comes back and said he couldn't find her in the crowed building. Me being a " momma bear", I joined my son to look for her, the place is not that big, but it was so packed that it took us to walk around twice. We finally saw her and told her to stay near. As my son and I attended to return to our seats a younger employee as well as a manager stopped my son and asked for a wrist band, of course he didn't have one. I turned back to see why they were talking to my son and to advise the manager that he was with me and we weren't jumping, but had to locate my daughter. The manager told me "he didn't care" that everyone had to pay to get in even parents whom weren't jumping. This was confusing because my self, and my parents didn't pay to just sit yesterday. So I gave my money to my son so he can pay for us to sit and wait for my daughter. When the manager tells me all parents had to under go a BACKGROUND CHECK, yes that's right a BACKGROUND CHECK to be in the building on teen night. This blew my mind. So, I told the manager that's okay seeing as I have a perfect background. This man tells me again that it doesn't matter I couldn't stay. There were approximately 12 other parents sitting at the tables. I am so disappointed in way my son and I were talked to and handled last night that I will never go spend another dime at this place. It's kind of sad because my kids love this place so we go all the time. The fact that the manager acted this way ruins it for me because he lied in my face and treated me as if I were a teenager. I have several videos that were sent to my daughter of kids fighting, after we left, that I am so happy we were kicked out. I will never support this company again.... read more

I have two opinions so I'm just going to give 5 stars because the first birthday was hands down amazing. We attended 2 birthday party this past Saturday the 18th one was in the afternoon at 1 it was amazing, great time for my kids ages 4 and 13 they had a blast everything went well pizza was great, staff was super friendly and even a manager came to check on the party. I never seen a manger really help out going from party to party and even helped the concessions and front desk when the lines started to get long. The second party was WOW so much different the place looked like a wild zoo when we walked in at 6:45ish the lines were crazy no help at the front desk just one really nice young lady. We finally got checked in after 15mins in line which wasn't her fault Urban Air need to hire more front desk staff on busy weekends. The party host was great however the pizza was BURNT of course it wasn't his fault his not the cook. We waited for a manager to walk around so we could talk to them but they never came, when it was check out time I went up to the counter with my sister n law and I seen it was a differed manager I wanted to let her know what was wrong with the party but she seem frustrated and busy and overwhelmed. My opinion is she needs to be more trained on how to deal with kids/teens and how to manager her temper she was yelling at them. She needs to learn how to help out I waited 45 mins for nasty cold fries and tenders. when I asked for different tenders combo they said it would be a 30 to 45 min wait so I throw it away I would be back but however I probably wont eat there if its busy read more

This place is terribly managed, on December 18 we had a spirit night booked with Urban Air. I thought it would be fun but it turned out to be a rough day, my kiddo was telling me that one of the staff was being mean to him and disrespecting him while he was playing, so I went to ask the staff what happened. The young man had some pretty scary tattoos, but he wasn't listening to anything I was saying and brushed me off, so I went to the front counter to get a manager. There was a young girl up their that went by Alex if I remember clearly but she said she was the manager and said she was going to go talk to the staff. But she never moved she sat there on her phone and was laughing and smiling on the phone like she was flirting with the person she was talking to. My wife was upset because she said she had never experienced anything like this with any other manager and she believes the young girl was lying about being the manager because she has never seen her when she came with the kids before. I left a review on google and this one because I believe that this needs to be seen and dealt with immediately. My wife refuses to bring the kids up there because of the poor management and my kids loves Urban Air. read more
