Such an amazing place for kids to jump and have fun. We had our daughter's 4th bday party here and her and her friends loved it. Most of the parents that came said they are booking it for their child's next bday party. (Actually I'm going to a party there end of this month from one of the attendees to our party! ) Anyhow, I love that they kept up with us and called and sent emails to make sure we were still coming and explained everything that was in the package. (Which for us was affordable, we get plates, utensils, water for each kid and a host to help decorate and clean up. we get table cloths too and helium is available for balloons for an extra cost. ) We were told initially to bring socks for everyone and we were also reminded to tell our guests to take socks so that was great. If for some reason you forget to bring it they have on sale. (But as I said they keep telling you to take your own so you don't need to get from them as I've been seeing in some of the reviews.) The kids were able to enjoy their party for the time slot we had in the room, when we were done and cleaned up we had to allow them to prep it for another party so we were told we can sit at any bench outside of the party room and we could have played until closing if we liked. So I loved that. In the package we were also given 2 extra passes to come back another time. It was great. They bounced and slide and ran around all day! Terrible customer service. Remi (employee) was on the phone with her back to us the entire time we were standing at the counter first my mom and then myself. Other customers also walked up and walked away. Mind you, the place maybe had 8 occupants at the time we went. She couldn't even bother to acknowledge that we were standing at the counter. I even tried to get her attention and nothing. When she finally got off the phone and I had already gotten my 2 year old the toy she wanted and paid for it along with the juice I asked her for. She then informed me I was going to be added to the ban list and not to reach for something because they're watching the cameras. Remi said she informed her manager that I paid for it so there was no reason to put me on the ban list. But she said it in a way as though she felt I owed her something. I let her know that there should probably be another employee working if she didn't feel she could pay attention to customers in person and customers on the phone. I then asked for the managers number and she said she couldn't give it to me. She told me I could take a flyer and call the number on there which is the front desk number. She then yelled at me as I walking towards the door that I was gonna be on the ban list. I'm leaving this review because even an acknowledgment to us would have helped. I understand that I should not have gotten the toy, but it's not okay to just ignore a paying customer. I would have at least expected a one second please, or even a wave instead of a back to me. read more

Why 4 stars? Because the kiddo was entertained here, but it is probably a bit more ideal toward older kids. --- --- --- Our son loves all things parks/playgrounds/places he can run around like a crazy person. I thought I had scouted out every place like this north of the Beltway, but one day when driving through Tomball, I happened to spot this one. I added it to my list, but there was only one problem: my son had recently broken a bone in his leg, so it would be quite some time before we'd be checking out Bouncin Bears. But about 100 or so days later, once he was all healed up, Bouncin Bears was our destination on a Sunday afternoon. I was more nervous than normal, considering he broke his leg on a trampoline. Ultimately, there ended up being one bounce house that I did not let him in because there was a higher chance of injury because of how it was laid out + the fact that all of the bigger/older kids were swarming in it. But he really enjoyed all of the other ones. The place was probably about the size of a CVS and had about 10-12 different houses/activities available. It was all nice and clean, which is especially impressive considering how easily things could become gross in this kind of environment. Overall, I will probably wait until our son gets a big older until we come back again, but this is a great place for kids maybe in the 6-9ish year old range. read more

We came here for the first time with our kids and they had a great time! They have a variety of bounce houses for the kids to play in and they have specific ones for kiddos 3 and under. I like how it's enclosed so the kids can run around and you are able to supervise pretty easily - adults can go in the larger bounce structures which is always fun! They do birthdays here, which is a nice option. I also appreciated how adults were not charged an admission fee and that you could come and go throughout the day if you needed to leave to grab a meal. Don't forget your socks to this place! Check them out - it's a great indoor option for the kids especially if it's raining or super hot outside! read more

This place is great for a nice little day time outting. The prices are amazing. I believe it's like $12 for an all day pass but I think it varies depending on age. You can also leave and come back with food without having to purchase reentry. I recommend coming on a weekday because they do a lot of birthday parties on the weekend, but regardless it is great entertainment if you have a toddler. Coming on a weekday you will most likely have the whole place to yourself. read more

Thankfully I came here on a day that was probably considered a slow day. There were only a couple of other families and we could keep our distance enough that I was comfortable being there. I felt bad that my kids haven't played as much as they are used to in mcdonalds or chick fil, parks, or their beloved chuck e cheese and pavalas, but either those places are closed or I wouldn't risk it with the coronavirus. Over Thanksgiving week, though, I decided we could venture out after essentially being home since March. I called to find out about when the slow times are, and I also found out that we could come, leave, and come back again after showing that days receipt. We had come in the late evening, otherwise I would definitely do that, that sounds like a great way to get the biggest bang for your buck. I literally had to stop by Walmart down the road to get socks because I didn't know we needed them, but I'm glad I did. The kids wanted to play without them so it would be easier for them to climb, but I think its more sanitary to keep them on. Parents and anyone else needs to wear socks as well, and no shoes allowed, which I prefer as well to keep the while walking area clean. They have snack etc as well if needed. read more

Best place ever to take you little ones to play. Lots of activities and you can see your children from almost anywhere you sit while the play. This is a place that is safe play for all children. Even children with disabilities can play here and their Caregivers are allowed to play with them. I've took my son and nephew there and I had my sons birthday party there. All the kids had such a great time and the party host that was assigned to his party was very nice and right on que for everything. I Definitely recommend Bouncin Bear to everyone I know with little ones. It great just to take them with a friend or 2 for a day of play. read more

This was our first time here. April was very rude in how she approached us with the "no shoes on the carpet rule." There are ways to say things and her way was definitely very inappropriate. Not to mention that while she was so worried about how we had our shoes on the carpet, mind you, while we are at the register which is where the carpet starts, two other people went right past her with shoes. I was forced to come because another indoor playground was closed for a private party and this mama couldn't stand to see her little boy cry. So fine, we came and gave it a try. I resisted coming here because of the reviews warning uncleanliness and stinking of sweaty socks. Thankfully, that was not the case. Equally surprising, it was 7.68 admission for my 4 yr old. Half the price of my regular indoor playground. They had a toddler zone for 3 and under. With maybe 3 or 4 areas they could safely play. Most employees stay behind the counter. The parents are left to mind their own children as they should but there are no sitting areas to watch your kids while they play in half of the playground. You're left to share picnic style benches from a distance. The overhead lighting and glaring sunlight is really hard on the eyes. It would be great if they put on a darker film on the glass. But for the money, it's a great value. read more

We are here right now and this place is awesome! My babies are having a wonderful time and so are all the other kids here. There are 8 different inflatable play areas for the kids so they have a lot to choose from. It's very spacious and the children are able to run around at top speed without running into other kids. The only downside is that there's only snacks to eat here but your ticket is good for all day so you can leave and grab a bite to eat and come back if you wanted to. This is a place that we will be returning to. read more

Tried this place out today since they were open in the later morning. There were only 5-6 other people there so plenty of space to run around. My son is 3 so he had to stay in the toddler area/jumping pillow which there were only 3 jump houses in the toddler area. They said he could go on the bigger ones if I went with him but unfortunately I'm injured and that was not possible. I wish there was more in the toddler area, but he had fun. There was a man there emptying out the change from the little car and helicopter rides and he let my son ride the helicopter for free which was really sweet. I would go back when I'm not injured so I don't have to restrict him to just the toddler area. The front desk lady was very sweet too. read more

Showed up for a last minute play date on a Saturday and the kids loved it. I really appreciated that there weren't alot of Birthday parties going on. This place is big and fun for different age groups. I like how they have it organized. It was also reasonably priced and we didn't have any trouble parking. So we were at a birthday party today, the lady helping out hosting the party was very nice and helpful. The facility was clean and the lady did a good job cleaning and getting the next party sat up. Only thing I didnt like is how yall want to sweat us out of the building. My 10 month old was sweating so much in her carseat she started crying so I had to leave the party early. It felt as if their was no air conditioner even on, with so many kids jumping on inflatables it should be semi cold inside my other daughter face was turning blood red. read more

I think they put new carpet in recently. Looks good. Their little ride on toys are always broken down which disappoints the kids. They still have fun running around. I was unaware of the socks rule for non participating adults too. Last time I was here that wasn't something enforced. So this was surprising and I had to spend $3 on one pair of socks. First - my boys LOVED it. Second - I think I burned more calories than they did. Is that necessarily a bad thing?? Not at all. It's always nice to get a workout - even if it is just chasing triplet 2 - year olds around a big arse room!! First - it's cheap! Love that without a doubt. Having 3 kids is expensive, so a little less coming out of the pocket is great. :) I hate that there's so much chaos in this place. The day I visited (during the week even, although school was out for the summer) the older children that were there - and I do mean older as in 11 and up - seemed to have no regard for the smaller ones and would all but pummel them to get where they wanted. Where are the parents?? I literally watched three much older boys zip around the place jumping over children and lunging onto the trampoline while other parents and SMALLER children were sitting on it or playing. Not once did the two children - yep the staff were quite young - working even say anything. I also noticed how they were preventing other kids from getting on certain inflatables.... Not cool. Again - where are the parents???? Where is the control from the staff??? I guess kids can't be expected to manage kids.... go figure. Oh I know - they're sitting on the floor with noses buried in a book, or at the table with an iPad, or glued to FB.. not paying the slightest attention to their offspring. Newsflash: This place isn't a daycare. At least be mindful of YOUR children. :( I was appalled at how they were running around and zooming past my 2 year olds to jump on that big arse trampoline, that by the way needs a SERIOUS cleaning. Eeeek. Hand/Foot/Mouth anyone???? I've heard so many things - both good and bad - about this place that I felt compelled to try it out. I'm glad I did. I can't say I won't EVER bring them back, however I am pretty reluctant to do so until they are much, MUCH older. Reason being? For safety reasons mainly. I think without adequate safety measures in place, it's far too dangerous for the smaller ones. From the lack of mutual supervision, to the half blown up inflatables, the electrical hazards and the seriously nasty bathroom - I'm not pleased. Call it what you will - but I'll go buy a dog gone inflatable (or rent one for that matter) before I take them back to this place anytime soon. Oh! And lets not forget - the cording and electrical that keeps the inflatables running is out and about for the taking. It is unsightly and not to mention down right DANGEROUS to have that visible and out in the open, around small exploring toddlers. While it is our jobs as parents to teach safety, I think it's also the responsibility of the establishment to be SAFE... 'Nuff said. read more

My wife and I booked a party for my son, what I'm the HELL am I paying for?! $350 for a teenager trying to do a job and a room as cold as the outside? I fee like I've been ripped off, never again will I return to this place, there should be hand sanitizer available for everyone everywhere! How can you expect to run a business when it's completely filthy everywhere? And when your staff is non attentive, on their phones, not checking on the kids running a muck all over the place. You have "rules" posted, it's laughable because no one enforces them, might as well take it down. For a business to have "rules" you must take action to enforce these so called rules. Perception is reality at this place, guests perceive your "employees" as worthless teenagers that could care less about doing a job properly, it's sad it really is. Let's take a minute to talk about your security measures. Why on earth is everyone to leave without your employees not making sure that those are in fact their parents?!?!? Even Chucky Cheese has a simple procedure to ensure that parents leave with their kids! This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, I do not envy you or this establishment when this happens. If you are the owner of this place, please make sure your employees are actually working, taking pride in what they do, and ensuring the safety of YOUR guests. I will never return, I got ripped off for two hours of a "birthday party". You do not deserve my money or anyone else's.
