We ended up hiring VR Inspirations for the day of and rented couches, an arch and got florals for the arch. Our wedding day went so smoothly largely thanks to Lori and John. They went above and beyond, kept the timing perfect, made sure details were not forgotten, and allowed us to be worry free. We also hired their team to set up our entire wedding, centerpieces included, and it all looked so amazing! They had couches in the bridal suite and moved them around the venue for cocktail hour and the reception. They also found and saved me a piece of cake at the end of the night(and gave it to me the next day) when I was bummed that I didn't eat any and wasn't able to take any home!
