Founder/President Kellie K. has a handwritten recipe handed down from her grandmother, from her great-grandmother that calls for cream from a cow, with a note listing the alternative if you don't have a cow. In these times, especially in an urban environment, this is good news. Thus, a concept was born. What if you don't have a cow? Meet the Business Owner: Kellie K.

While not raised on a farm, Kellie's roots are deeply seeded in humble beginnings among Iowa farm family members and culture. From an early age, she became interested in cooking and entertaining, watching her great-grandmother and grandmother cook Sunday dinners. Outside of the kitchen, she even learned valuable Uno lessons from her great-grandfather that some may consider borderline cheating. She's been honing her entertaining skills ever since. Kellie's philosophy is driven from making the most of what you have and wasting very little, an homage to her roots. Kellie is known for her great listening skills and taking care of those around her. For those lucky enough to have attended any of Kellie's events, a guest rarely leaves hungry or unhappy, and if they do, it's their own fault. Her grandmother taught her that.
