As a bariatric patient, finding somewhere that has sugar-free flavors besides vanilla. This spot has a TON of flavors!!! My coffee was a jelly donut - caramel, white chocolate, and red raspberry. I'm not normally a fruity coffee gal, but this was DELICIOUS!!! The barista was super kind and helpful. This was her recommendation and nothing I ever would have picked on my own. Such a cool little coffee shop with super friendly employees. I was visiting the West Coast of Florida for a wedding and I love trying new coffee venues so I went through the drive-through and told the girl it was my first time and she helped me pick something delicious. While they made the drink she was super friendly, making conversation and also gave me a large cup of ice water because it was very hot out that day. I would definitely go back next time. Now I understand the lower reviews and this will be the last time I try to go here, just to simply end up regretting it. Never had the food, so can't comment on it. Coffee is average when made correctly, but they are inconsistent, similar to a Dunkin' Donuts but higher prices. The drive thru has zero organization, which I dread every time. Leading us to today where after being blatantly skipped, the girl working there (who looked at the person with a face of "oh why would you do that" continued to shrug and take their order anyway) - maybe use a little brain power and discretion for your business and customer. I got a college female barista who did not seem to care to be there helping me build my beverage, disheveled hair, looked like she was wearing jammies. They have a great coffee & I got a nice cold brew (more expensive than most in the area). The place was hard to find within a small outdoor mall, near a sourdough bakery that also makes lattes. There was a bit of a line, this is popular among the nearby university students. I'd come again if others were headed this way but there are many coffee shops and some have a quietery, homier vibe. and better almong milk. Urban Buzz is a cool little coffee spot. We dropped in for an afternoon pick-me-up and weren't disappointed. It wasn't just the coffee that provided the pep, but the whole atmosphere. I got an iced Americano. It was pretty good. Just what you'd expect. No particular notes or flavors that would necessarily highlight the flavor over other good coffee spots, but it's definitely just right. I wish they had a few other coffee offerings, but much of the menu is food and other kinds of drinks. I'm sure there will be something to catch your eye (and taste buds). Between sips, I played a few volleys on the ping pong table. It's a nice use of the space, but be prepared to possibly disrupt other patrons. I felt a little bad for people trying to study. But I guess, why have a ping pong table if you don't want people to use it? Everyone was cool about it though. Lots of young folks working and studying. The staff were all quite friendly too. Amazing drinks and atmosphere, except when it comes to one particular employee. She always avoids eye contact and would rather stare blankly into the wall then the customer standing right there ready to place their order. Every time she has taken my order she rolls her eyes as if she's doing you a favor and will stand and chat with her coworkers while holding your prepared drink. Plus every single time she has made my drink it's always made wrong no matter if it's a stinger or iced coffee, when I complained at it to another employee, she was smirking as she prepared another one. I came across Urban Buzz Coffee while on a work trip. It's in a nice area and it even has a drive through! I went inside to order and it's a big space with plenty of seating. The employees were nice and provided quick service. I got an iced latte with pumpkin syrup and an extra shot of espresso and I thought it was pretty good! It wasn't too milky or too sweet for me. They have so many different syrups to choose from and they have their own house specials. I got a size medium and it was much bigger than a Starbucks grande, so I would say it's a good portion size for the price. The prices seemed standard for a local coffee shop as well.
