When I contacted the owner, instead of taking accountability or offering a solution other than a credit and I live 1,700 miles away, he repeatedly emphasized that this is a "family-owned business" and implied that I should be more understanding. Being family-owned does not excuse poor service or dismissing a paying customer's concerns. My frustration was about the experience, not the fact that it's a small business. There was no genuine effort to make things right, and that was the most disappointing part. Customer service and accountability matter, regardless of the size of the business. I won't be returning

As we entered the lobby the amazing aroma of coffee filled the air. We walked to the coffee shop where we found whole bean house blend organic coffee in bags. We bought a bag. We had been searching to good whole bean coffee since we moved here weeks earlier. Well we knew we found our coffee roaster the next morning when I ground some of the beans for our morning brew. WOW! The coffee was amazing! The next time we need coffee we will stop when we can have a cup there and buy a couple more packages. Your coffee checks all the high quality coffee boxes and then some!
