The Shelbourne Spa is not actually in the hotel, but three doors down to the right. I've never noticed it before as it blends in as one if the big Victorian style houses but it's really easy to find. The spa is actually upstairs but you have full use of the leisure club facilities when using the spa and these are on the ground floor. In terms of decor, it is every bit as elegant as the hotel, with big chandeliers and plush furniture. When you check in you are brought to change into your robe and slippers before being led to the relaxation room which looks over Stephen's Green, which I loved. If I'm honest, I've been in better relaxation rooms, this one was very bright and probably would have been relaxing if it wasn't for a group of really loud talkers. This wasn't the staff's fault but tainted the experience a little for me. In terms of refreshments there was a selection of teas, some small nibbles and water. Also, after your treatment you get a tasting plate of fruit, juice and sorbet. I opted for the 'Tropical' which consisted of pineapple juice, kiwi and coconut sorbet and it was delicious. The highlight for me was the treatment though. I received a gift of the "Celebratory Spa Package" which consisted of an Elemis facial and a hot- stone back massage. Both of these were excellent, the therapist was lovely and spoke me through the products she used afterwards. The one criticism I would have would be that it's quite expensive at €129 for the package which only lasted an hour. I would have expected it to last a little longer at this price. With the excellent staff, treatments and location I would definitely go back, but I think I'd be waiting for a special occasion!

Whether it is offering driver services to its location (and home again), the hand sanitize/temperature taking device just prior to walking into their lobby, the proper ambient lighting, pleasent focal point to gaze at while being massaged, or a variety of beverages upon request - there is not a detail which this establishment has missed. I have been to the spa several times with either my daughter or husband and we have managed to enjoy several of their services (salt room, presso therapy, flotation table, and sauna room) in addition to their basic massage. Each service or experience allows the visitor to feel as though they have had a mini vacation day and return home feeling rejuvenate. I very much look forward to my next visit!

Well, well, well... An authentic Thai massage in the heart of Dublin. This place was a great find…read morealthough not for the faint hearted or those after a 'pamper me' massage. This place is authentic, a basic bed (yes, it's blanketed/towelled up and the only thing that separates you from the next client is some heavy drapery. There is a few massage options, I went for thai oil massage, having had a thai massage in Thai I had insight so asked for medium pressure and my god, even at medium pressure the masseuses here work you hard. I had the full body massage (€50) and it was immense, every muscle/joint was worked on, she also pinpointed some knots in my back, I did know of them and that's what I started to take up regular massages and boy did she work them... It hurt at the time but man, I felt amazing the following day. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a truly authentic massage, a place where you will really be stretched out and provides more for your overall posture then a feel good pamper. They run offers, with things like bring a friend and get a discount, so instead of €100 for 2 of you, it's €80, etc. So be sure to check out there website.

We also went through pics and discussed the side effects if any appeared to happen. This appointment was very helpful to me to have better understanding of what I need to know. Any way, before i go to see Dr. Paul, I heard a lot about how painful lip injections can be, but, My best friend had her filler done by Dr. Paul and told me That she hasn't felt any thing as the Dr. was very professional.
