I have been looking for short leaf pines as well as Cherokee Chief dogwoods everywhere. My local…read morenursery had neither but could bring in the pines in November. They would be balled and burlap and unmanageable for one person to plant. I called Carson's and, indeed, they had the pines in 5 gal. pots that were 5-6 ft tall. They also had the pink dogwoods and agreed to hold the pines for me. Three days later I drove from Lake of the Ozarks to pick them up. From the time I entered the store the experience was fantastic. They knew who I was and a very knowledgeable young many showed me both of the things I was looking for (Luke). I ended up buying two pink dogwoods and seven pines. Luke loaded them in my truck with care. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Moreover, the selection and vigor of plants that they carry is astounding. And I should know, as I used to operate a nursery. If I ever need any trees or shrubs, I will be back! Thanks, Carson's
