I am an avid coffee lover and I'm always looking for new shops. This is a location I have visited time and time again for the last decade. It's a great place to study, if you don't need silence, or to hang out with friends. I enjoy the dim lighting and background music that seems to be a hallmark of this location. The baristas do a great job and are fast. This last time I stopped by I tried a s'mores inspired latte and overall I thought it was great. Came to visit our nieces and got a little peckish while shopping. She recommended this place for coffee and a bite to eat. She had a white chocolate raspberry iced coffee. I had a drip. Barracuda roast. The other drip available was breakfast and I'm not a fan of the citrus in breaksfast blends so Barracuda it was. I found it to be a bit citrusy on the backend as well but it was smooth so I managed They do make an espresso concentrate for iced drinks but you can ask for hot espresso freshly made and they will accommodate you. She says it's still good but she prefers the fresh espresso and forgot to ask for it. The niece is a vegetarian so I can't speak to any menu items with meat. The margherita flat bread is some kind of good. They spread pesto on a naan flat bread, add sliced fresh mozzarella, fresh Roma tomatoes and a balsamic drizzle. Heavenly. The niece loves the hummus with naan. It was ok to me. A little sharper and more garlicky than I prefer, but still good. Did I mention that the margherita flat bread is amazing??? I'm 55. Cool coffee shop that somehow after 8 years of living here, I finally stopped in. Open later than other coffee shops and has a cool vibe. I only ended up getting a Blueberry muffin and a cup of water, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend and I stopped in pretty late so we didn't stay for very long, but there's lots of seating to choose from and a pretty good menu for drinks and food - typical cafe fare. They also have cool merchandise and some extra activities going on, which looked like some racket sport (didn't get a good view) and occasionally some bands or artists that come and play. This is such a cool spot. They serve custom made drinks, food, and merch(including T shirts) all classic rock themed. All drinks are great, and the atmosphere feels more like a cool retro club, rather than a coffee shop. Even the bathrooms are black light and the walls have glowing logos. There's an abundance of seating, and the walls are lined with old electric guitars. Even the tables are band themed, and most are old drums! This is one of the top coolest coffee stops in town, and it's well worth checking out. read more

We rented the Roasting Room, played at The Yard and rented pickleball courts for a wedding shower and the venue was absolutely phenomenal!! McKenna helped me plan the shower and then double checked with me numerous times to make sure we had all we needed , Ryan was amazing having our GREAT food buffet ready to go upon arrival and a little bit of everything else too! David was super helpful getting our guests into The Yard to play and have fun!! Everyone commented how much fun they had as well as how good the food was! Amazing venue and all should consider stopping by!! We did sample the coffee and the mixed drinks as well. No surprise they were amazing as well. GREAT PLACE, GREAT FOOD, SUPER FUN read more

I wanted to be more impressed. It's nothing to get excited about. I went with a gf for lunch. We each had a sandwich and a drink (non alcoholic) it was $28. Nothing special about any of it. I'm from NYC so spending $28 for lunch isn't something I take much notice of. So for me to mention it... it was nothing special. I'm glad I went, it didn't suck. I liked the memorabilia. I don't drink coffee, and I haven't had their food so I can't comment on that, but I have been there for the ambiance a couple of times and I have to say it is better than any coffee shop I've seen, the music is amazing, the service is mediocre though, the waitresses behind the counter were very shallow in how they looked at me. If I could push for a reteaching of how to handle customers I would but all in all I love the place, if you go get a Dirty White Boy, hot, medium, and from what I've heard that's pretty good. First of all- WOW. This place is pretty incredible. I've been here twice now and both times have been awesome. They have lots of room to hangout, meet friends, or study with classmates (which is what I do). Their food is really good, their coffee is good, and I'm sure everything else like their baked goods and iced drinks are good but have yet to try it. FOOD & DRINK They have your traditional coffees and teas, an interesting array of mixed drinks, and several different kinds of baked noms to buy. I was tempted to try their Dirty White Boy (white chocolate and cocoa), simply because of the name, but I conservatively ordered their cappuccino, latte, and an espresso. All were pretty solid. Needless to say, the amount of caffeine I had in my body would possibly kill a newborn child. And it was awesome. I did try their Oreo brownie, and I thought it tasted really dry and flavorless. So, there's some room for improvement there. II. SERVICE There were two very sweet women behind the counter that didn't give me any eye rolls. They also brought out my caffeine elixirs pretty quickly. What I find interesting is that they use those circular buzzers that a Buffalo Wild Wings would use, which, I guess, totally fits the ambience of the joint. III. AMBIENCE/ DÉCOR I hope you like CCR, Zeppelin, and the like. (I know I do.) The establishment is pretty huge, with three rooms for patrons and their operations in the back. (There shouldn't be any problems finding a seat.) Oh, and they have Classic Rock memorabilia for days hung about on the walls. IV. PRICES Fair. Most of the classic drinks, from what I remember, fell under $5. Your wallet shouldn't take too much damage, for anything there. V. OVERALL It's a pretty awesome, unique café that also serves as a rock venue and coffee shop. (Boxes - throw them out the window!) If they could fix their crawling, unreliable wifi (that occasionally disconnects every ten to fifteen minutes), then I could see myself camping out there for more than three or so hours. We stopped by on the road because of the online reviews. Thank goodness we did! It's tucked into a shopping center behind a gas station. All the drinks are classic rock themed. They have drip coffee as well as hot and cold espresso drinks. **Highly** recommend the Dirty White Boy! There was a cold reach in at checkout with typical fresh snacks. If your soul rocks washed out denim jeans, fluffy bangs, and leg warmers/chuck taylors, this is the place for you. This coffee shop rocks harder than a supergroup made up of Freddie Mercury, Randy Rhoads, Neil Peart, and John Entwistle. (Okay maybe not that hard, but seriously this place is awesome) The ambiance is superb, it consists of, stage lighting, product tables, band memorabilia, drum setesque end tables, metal designs, and a hardcore staff to go along with it. This is my go to coffee shop in town. Not only because they have great coffee but because they support my favorite local rock station US 97.3 as well! I like the Americana and the Great White Buffalo (a vanilla latte based off of the famous Ted Nugent song) It's like a free for all in my mouth (whatever that means?) in other words it's great, awesome, and cool! Also they have great coffee shop foods available! Plenty of parking out front and around the side. This is a great place to come for small group meetings or study sessions. While they do embrace the classic rock life style they also respect the classic coffee shop vibe, meaning you can still focus with the level of ambiance here for sure. I love the teas and smoothies at Classic Rock. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I can't comment on their brews, but my husband has thoroughly enjoyed all the coffee drinks he has gotten here. We've also had lunch and really liked the Slow Ride Panini. When you visit Classic Rock, don't get your order to go, because the ambiance of the place is half of what makes it fabulous. It's definitely unique for a coffee house, as you sort of feel like you're in a backstage lounge at a rock concert. Lots of fun things to look at, interesting lighting, and comfortable seating. One thing that is NOT like being at a rock concert though - you will enjoy your trip to the restroom, especially if you don't turn the lights on (trust me). We've also brought the kids to Classic Rock Coffee. They love the smoothies, and there are a couple sandwiches for kids on the menu. There's also a nice selection of board games to pick from. Last time we were there, our kids played operation for a full hour while my husband and I visited and enjoyed our food. Classic Rock also has a few different private rooms available for rent, including a larger event space with a stage, a conference room that will make you feel like you are working for a big record label, and the Roasting Room, which I have not seen yet. Classic Rock has claimed turf on the far west side of town where there aren't many other options, but I think it could hold it's own if it were downtown as well, primarily because of their interesting ambiance and very friendly staff (plus awesome Yelp checkin offers). read more

This place is fantastic! The staff are friendly and help guide you with your food and beverage selection. I had the Raspberry Beret with almond milk. Not only was rhe coffee presentation beautiful, it was delicious-smooth and not overly sweet. I also had a very tasty breakfast sandwich. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy your food, beverage and not feel claustrophobic noor was there noise overload even though they had a steady stream of customers. Music is classic rock. The decor matches the theme-hanging autographed guitars, framed t-shirts/posters/records. Absolutely one of my favorite coffee shops ever!
