I was very impressed with how clean and nice the salon looked, and the staff were professionally dressed, and not looking like they are about to head out to a club (which I have encountered before at a different salon). The Esthetician was very good and her job, I was very happy with how she did my brows and I'm usually very picky. The price for waxing is pretty much around the same as anything in the area, I didn't look at the prices for hair services though. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. And I am very happy to see a better manager and staff in the location. I will definitely be going back.

Could be ripping off customers with dementia, disabilities etc. They have no sense of ethics as a business and it has a snobby and judgemental atmosphere that keeps you from fully relaxing, despite the otherwise lovely set-up with flowing water, nice lighting and whatnot. I was getting my eyebrows threaded there once and the woman who was doing them interjected and pointed out my cystic acne when that wasn't even what I was going to say. Then she started shilling Dermologica anti-acne products. I don't have cystic acne anymore because of Accutane, not because of anything OTC including overpriced brands like that that just have sal acid most of the time and are really nothing special. It's wrong to exploit people's insecurities like that to sell things. Going to a spa should be about relaxing and making you feel good.
