Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If I come to your house I will miss another appointment, someone from Leslie to call you back to reschedule another appointment" ... But noone called me back... I was mad ... ... My pool had algae really bad, and I called Leslie, they send another technician to come in 2 days later, his name is Michael ... He is nice guys, he helped us clean the water filler, but he needs to come back another day to replace the parts... When the parts arrived, we called Leslie to schedule another appointment, someone on the call told us within 24-48 hours Leslie will call us to schedule an appointment... but after waiting for 3 days, noone called, we called Leslie again, at this time they told us the same story... need to wait 24-48 hours to someone to call us back to schedule ... at this time ... I asked to talk to manager, my called was transferred to another one... the manager scheduled my appointment in 4 more days. And also, i requested to refund the service call, since 1st appointment they charged me fee to cleanse the water filler and service call. They support not to charge me service call since I paid for filter clean $104. Hopefully, I will get the refund $45 service call.
