This is the second time we have rented the 14 passenger Mercedes van for a group night out. Everything was perfect. The van was at our pickup early and the driver was ready for the evening. The inside was immaculate and everyone was treated well by the drivers, Kyle and Adrian. We decided to return earlier than the booked time and again they were there to pick us up early. Both drivers texted me when they arrived for pickup but there was no pressure to rush out of the event. Both drivers are very careful drivers so you can relax and enjoy the trip. Excellent service! Service 5/5, driving 5/5 We needed couple limos for my wedding (one for wedding party and the other for my family). My girl friend recommended Urban limo after her wedding too. Kyle was very attentive to all our requests, and made sure everything was coordinated even though it was a juggle to get everyone picked up from different locations - to and from the venue. We originally wanted to get our friend to drive but it was much worth the cost. Having a professional driver and large car provided piece of mind - which I needed on my big day. My parents and in-laws was also impressed of the service. The drivers were over the top definitely. I was really impressed by Urban Limousine's attention to detail - especially the interior of the their stretch SUV. We had a group of 6 going to Rogers Arena last night and one friend suggested Urban limo as he had a good experience with them in the past. I called for a quote and the person on the other end was very polite even with my near-endless list of questions (I found out later his name was Kyle and judging from the other reviews I take it he was the owner). So we agreed to an stretch SUV booking for 2 hours later that night. The pick up location was pretty hard to find (we've had other friends get lost in our residential complex before so I was half-expecting a phone call from the chauffeur asking for directions), surprisingly the driver made it 15 minutes early and texted me to let me know he was here. Punctuality is important for me so they get full marks from me in that regard. I stepped into the vehicle and saw that it was super roomy, clean and smelled fresh. They even provided chilled water bottles, cups and napkins. Very luxurious service. On the way downtown there was an accident that slowed traffic almost to a crawl. It looked like we would be late for our event, but our driver took a detour to ensure we would arrive on time. Other transportation services would have just waited it out and not care if we ran late. For accommodating our schedule so much I can't fault their customer service attitude. All in all it was great experience and I definitely will call them again. Urban Limo provided excellent service, organizing multiple pick-ups and drop-offs in a friendly and professional manner. I decided to hire a limo to take a group of friends from downtown Vancouver, Burnaby, and Coquitlam to a wedding at a golf resort in Pitt Meadows. Kyle was super helpful at estimating the cost as I wasn't quite sure how many people would be in our party at the beginning. He was prompt at answering emails and phone calls, and offered us the best deal in town (I requested quotes from 3 other companies). Our driver Joe was also very courteous, professional and punctual. He even offered to help my partner figure out how to tie his tie. He gave us his number in case we wanted to leave earlier than requested, and indeed, the wedding ended an hour earlier than anticipated. I called Joe, and he was already waiting in the parking lot for whenever we were ready. He was also flexible in turning back to retrieve some forgotten shoes and in changing one of our drop-off points (a few members of our party wanted to keep the night going at a pub). I've never written a negative or positive review, but my call w/ the owner, Kyle proved to be so frustrating, that I have no choice but to leave some feedback. TLDR: Urban Limos' drivers will do just that. Drive. Anything more than that, like help that you'd expect a decent person to provide, you will need to demand it out of them & still may not get help. & if you're looking for any support or customer service from the owner, Kyle, don't expect that either. Long version: Overall, the service that we received on our wedding day from the driver was great. He was lovely, cordial and maneuvered the limo in the tightest of spots. The service throughout the day was impeccable until the drop off. We had placed a number of bags in the back of the limo, which the driver had to move to the front to accommodate the wedding party. However, at the end of the day, one dress bag, w/ my Chinese wedding dress, was missing. Understandable, I became quite anxious & proceeded to flip out because we were unable to locate it. Near tears, I repeatedly asked the driver if he took all dress bags out because a blue one was missing. He repeatedly told me that there was only white and grey dress bags in the car. He never saw a blue one. He then claims that he looked & saw nothing. He told my husband the same. As we continued to look through the trunk & front seat, the driver just stood there & watched. After leaving the restaurant, my bridesmaid called him back & ask that he look again. After cleaning the car, he found the dress bag underneath a seat. He offered to deliver it, but couldn't do it immediately and was now an hour away. As I needed the dress before he could return, my bridesmaid asked that he put it in a cab. My husband called today to inquire whether we could get reimbursed for the cab, we were told no. Understandable as they offered to deliver it back for free. However, I was miffed that no apology was made and wanted to share some feedback that Kyle's employees/drivers should be a bit more helpful in situations like this. The driver should provide a better customer experience & not have just stood there and done nothing. Rather than being apologetic and understanding, Kyle proceeded to tell me that the driver can't help look because then he would then be responsible. Given that the driver actually moved our stuff from the back to the limo to the front already made him somewhat responsible, but that's not reason to not help & just stand there watching a bride flip out. For the next 2-3 minutes, I tried to explain how Kyle and his drivers could provide a better customer experience & told him that our conversation was making me increasingly frustrated as I still hadn't been offered an apology. The main purpose of my call was to share feedback and hear some form of promise that his employees would be more helpful in the future. Kyle's response was, "I can't apologize because you're asking to be reimbursed." At which, I reiterated to him again that I understood that we wouldn't be reimbursed and what I'm after is an apology. Kyle then responded, "If you're not wanting to be reimbursed, then I apologize for this situation." Not quite the apology I was looking for as it only came AFTER I reiterated that I wasn't looking for reimbursement. No sincerity, no remorse, no apology for the lack of help, just more excuses that his company offered free delivery service when others wouldn't. Sorry Kyle, that doesn't really matter in this situation. The purpose of my call was to provide the Kyle feedback and envisioned the response to be along the lines of, "I'm sorry this happened to you, but unfortunately we can't reimburse you because we offered to deliver it to you for free. However, I will talk to my drivers as they should have been more helpful & helped you look for it at the time." Instead, Kyle supported a driver who didn't offer help while we frantically tried to find a dress bag. To add insult to injury, Kyle offered an even WORSE customer experience by providing excuse after nonsensical excuse and only apologized after being told again that reimbursement was not required. read more

Was a great driver and his knowledge of the city was very educational. Extremely friendly and wonderful service. Urban Limo was fantastic! We used them for our wedding in September to get our wedding party around for photos and to the venue. Our driver, Joe, was absolutely awesome!! He was friendly and fun and had great taste in music. (You must have good tunes on your wedding day!)
