They are dishonest…read moreand constantly looking to make additional charges so DO NOT give them your credit card info! The owner of the business, Roni, collected my credit card info and said it was to charge $1-$10 to reserve the limo for the next day; he then proceeded to charge my credit card multiple times for the full amount (which was agreed to be paid upfront in cash when we met the driver). When we asked for 2 more people to join our 10 person limo (4 total now) it was also an additional upcharge which was otherwise never mentioned. Every question was met with another opportunity for the company to upcharge. The driver came into our house sooner than we requested to be picked up only to clog our washroom facilities - not very professional. He came across nice but took away from the experience whenever we had any requests; when we asked to drop off friends a few blocks away from our destination, everything was an additional charge and they COULD NOT accommodate ANYTHING without an additional charge. COVID SAFETY: The driver was NOT wearing his mask when he came to our door, inside our house or during the drive at all. The standard glass limo partition would not roll up for COVID SAFETY & PRIVACY; we were told this is a new law... seemed awkward with current COVID safety protocols. We were told we would be charged extra if we used the supplied glasses in the limo. We initially requested to be picked up at 11pm, they said they had another ride scheduled and could only pick up from 10-10:30pm. We got into the limo before 10:30pm only to continue getting text messages from the owner saying we were not in the limo while we were driving; this is so they could charge additional time (unauthorized on my credit card) at $120/half hour. I looked at my phone ten minutes into the drive only to see the business owner kept texting saying we were not in the limo which we were driving in.... ? This was a very negative experience after enjoying our evening out only to be getting into a text message debate with the owner while we were trying to enjoy ourselves; to put in clear context, we were driving in the limo while the owner of the business was texting that we were not in his limo - very poor communication, and again, taking away from the experience that we could have been enjoying during this time - strange business tactics to push away repeat clients I guess. Once we got close to our home we were dropped at the nearest street because of the snow; this made it extremely difficult for the ladies to walk home in their heals, and again, made us all shake our heads on the service provided.... it felt like the entire service provided came with a tactic to try and add an extra charge which was not clearly discussed beforehand. This company will not be getting repeat business from us, the people we were with or anybody else that we will continue passing this story along to. All in all, I am happy to try Uber or another company next time and happy there are better options available.

We rented a white 8-seater limo for our wedding and it was very clean on the inside and out. We've heard a TON of horror stories from friends and family about the terrible limousine companies in Vancouver (how they show up late for weddings if at all!) and were extremely skeptical of this one as well (we emailed and called 5-6 Vancouver limo companies) initially. We decided to move forward with City Limousine because Bal (the owner) was sooo quick to respond and super communicative! We texted (his listed company number is his cellphone I believe) and emailed Bal and found he was the quickest via text, always responding within the hour - definitely the most responsive company from the ones we inquired with (some didn't even respond to us so City Limousine was a breath of fresh air). Bal also looked at our weding schedule and helped us save money ($200 worth of savings) by arranging the limo to come at certain times and not staying while taking photos (this allows the driver to go for lunch/pick up others). On the day we had Harry as our driver - he was professional, courteous, EARLY/on time at all our pick up and drop off locations and timing and Harry also wore a SUIT on our wedding day, how amazing is that? We have been recommending City Limousine to all our friends and family. Please don't confuse them with the other limo company with the name City in it as well. If you want to be sure, make sure you ask if you're talking to Bal because that guy is amazing - thank you Bal for making our wedding day so seamless and helping us save money :)
