He also pulled $10K more on the down payment from our sale, than what had asked for and that has really strained our move. Jonathan helped us buy our current house and he was fantastic! He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Believe us, we have had a different property manager before, and he may seem courteous, but his responsiveness and professionalism are not even close to David's.

Realizing he had no interest in either my question or my feedback, I hung up before I even got the answer because I was getting angry. I recognize Elmer is an attorney, and is listed in his email signature as such, and as the GM so I'm guessing he has a higher opinion of what he has to say than what a customer is asking. We have a 5 yr old who CAN'T be vaccinated yet so having an unvaccinated person come to our house and sit at our kitchen table for an hour puts our child at risk. Then when signing papers, they told me "it'd be corrected by tomorrow when it all settles". Guess what - it wasn't corrected. After following up with them to ask what happened and why they ignored my email, they said "Sorry, we goofed, but you now have to wait for the bank to send you the check. It'll be 20 business days." An error that I caught and notified them of was ignored, and now $2500 that was erroneously paid to the bank instead of us and all we get is a "sorry sucks to be you." Every real estate transaction I've been privy to has had calculation errors (can title companies not do math??), but this was a bad error, caught, and ignored. Not OK. Will be telling everyone to avoid WFG.
