At first I thought the guy couldn't make up his mind on where I needed to pull the car over in the lot. I didn't realize I was driving on and off the weigh station. He didn't tell me what was going on so I was a bit confused. However it was a very busy morning and now I know the process . I will definitely go again if I need to drop off heavy scrap metal . The responsibility is with the company, yet they've put the burden on me to chase people down and sort it out myself. As of now, no reimbursement has been issued for the $750 contractor repair quote, and I've spent far too much time trying to get a simple, straightforward resolution. What should have been a quick service has turned into weeks of frustration. I do not recommend this company. The lack of accountability, the delays, and the expectation that a customer should clean up their mess--literally and figuratively--are unacceptable.
