Who stated, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY OF YOUR ITEMS UNTIL THE LAST ITEM IS RECEIVED AT OUR CENTRAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER *Dallas* My reply "We just moved to Tulsa - we bought our items May 3rd? Danielle! On 5/3125 @ 0920 I asked "Danielle" Where are our items and why were we given "approximate" delivery dates for all our items that won't arrive now until September? "Danielle's" explanation was, " it's the white glove treatment and I don't control or do shipping. My reply "Well why the hell is Mrs Falls YOUR FLOOR SALES DESIGNER providing customers specific shipping date windows for individual purchased items? "Danielle" had no response and is basically is a mouth breather and only stayed with conviction "I don't do shipping and I don't control shipping, I Don't DO THAT!" AND YES THAT IS A DIRECT QUOTE AND I HAVE MY NOTES from our chat. Mrs Falls and Danielle are a complete waste of time and West Elm is joke. If we weren't given FALSE shipping information and informed NONE of items would not ship until our last item was "manufactured" and received in September, since we purchased in May, we would have NEVER purchased a single item from West Elm and their disrespectful, ITS NOT MY JOB manager and staff.
