Horrible customer service from the second you walk in. If I could give a zero star,I wouldn't hesitate for one second. When it's finally your turn, they yell who's next and look upset to have you walk to their chair. When my son said "ouch" over 10 times I had to ask the barber to be nicer to my four-year-old's head which he aggressively replied "if he can't handle it, maybe he should go somewhere else". Once he finally understood that I was upset by the way he was cutting my son's hair. He sarcastically started cutting his hair. Being overly "careful", cutting slow and making a joke of it. After leaving the barber shop I noticed rough scratches on my son's neck.This place is a joke. These dudes clearly don't care about customers or children for that matter based off my experience and others who have left reviews. read more

I'm not sure why this establishment gets poor reviews. I've been taking my teenaged son here for years and every employee we've encountered has been kind and professional. We've not once had a bad experience. They always do a great job on my son's hair. Good work! read more

Horrible demenor, we walked in the door ( they only do walk in) he was obviously annoyed that we came in. He was sitting down watching cartoons. I said oh are you on your break? We can come back. He be He said let's just get it done. Then Hector gave a horrible haircut and was rough moving my kids head! NOT HAPPY. will never step foot in that place again and will tell everyone I know about my experience. There are other places that are happy to take my money and happy to see my kids! read more

they did a absolutely horrendous job un even cut nothing like what I said for asks for a mid taper blowout 3 different people took turns on my hair the guy was unexperienced getting taught how to do it as he was cutting my hair my hair cut sucks read more

When I decided it was a good idea to try to cut my 1.5 year old sons hair, Hector saved the day. I was happy to score a walk in appointment on a whim, and was very happy with not only the result, but the patience Hector had with my toddler son who let everyone know he hates his hair cut. these guys are amazing. I was trying to find my dad a barber to do a high and tight while he was in the hospital and Hector had no problem coming and taking care of that for him. My dad is a retired marine and Hector by Chance was a Marine Corps veteran. Putting a smile on my dad's face made it worth all the rule breakings I did at that hospital. read more

The people here are so rude. No one came over. No one said hello. They just ignore you and yell "next, let's go " when someone is done. All of us waiting had to figure out for ourselves who was next because they don't do any sort of que or take names. When it was my sons turn we went over and again No greeting nothing just a blank stare and said "yeah what do you want" and gave me a horrible attitude when I didn't know the proper term for something but was trying to explain it. They sell some cool stuff in there but I was too afraid to look around because the guy was such an unfriendly cold jerk! The walk in appointment aspect is great but I won't be coming back again if I can help it. Also the cut wasn't what I asked for but luckily hair grows. read more

5-THUMBS DOWN! The barber were rude to my 15 year old my grandson "Tell me what you want, I'm not doing 100 things". Also, the hair cut was the worst we have ever gotten.
