I had an appointment with Shannon (who I've never had work on my hair) for color and cut. My hair grew out to all white and I was looking for some dimension. I brought in numerous pictures of how I wore my hair throughout the year. I also brought in a picture of the color I was looking for. Shannon took the time and we found a color we both agreed on. She put in many foils. After Shannon took out the foils snd rinsed my hair she was delighted and said she thought I'd really like the color. Then she suggested I sit with my back to the mirror and she'd cut my hair and "reveal" after she was done. I agreed. When Shannon turned the chair towards the mirror I was shocked!! She had cut my hair so short I couldn't believe it! I said where is my hair? You have given me a man's cut! I repeated I showed her many pictures and none of them were of hair this short. Her response... too short? I kept saying I liked the color but my hair was way too short. I said I just wanted to go home. After paying $150 I gave Shannon a tip and told her it was only because she took the time to get the color right. I couldn't believe it when both the receptionist and Shannon asked me if I wanted to make another appointment? Seriously? My hair is very wavy and the cut I got made me look bald in spots.
