I have had one other rod break on me throughout the years of fishing and at that store "which will remain nameless" replaced the Rod for me right On the spot. Then to go on saying that because they are bankrupt they cannot do anything for me is also criminal, full of excuses to not give me what I paid for especially after breaking after one use and only 5 days old. I am obviously an avid fisherman and spent a lot of money on fishing products but the SAIL store will be the very last place I ever go to to buy anything for fishing the worst company ever. Not only is the quality of rentals excellent (better than any kayak/board rental i've ever used) but the staff is extremely friendly and generous! They were able to deliver and pickup our rentals which made things very easy for us. We thoroughly enjoyed going out on the lake several times and were able to take 2 adults and 5 kids out at once with just the tandem and SUP. Would definitely use for future family camping trips!

They also have all of the sizes you would ever need. As a size 13/14 mens, it's very difficult to find trendy shoes. Their prices are also very reasonable. Can't wait to go back!
