When you go pick up your food their establishment is located at the lower level of an office building. Park in the back of the building and you will be right there vs parking at the front and having to take the elevator down. Once you are there, your food will be bagged and available on a table with your name on it. I really liked that they had my food ready on time. So, it was an easy transaction. The office building were they are located has tables to eat on the 1st floor. By the way this place is super nice and I highly recommend if you need some quiet time. Urbano Sándwicheria is one of my absolute favorite delivery spots. The order is always right, the food is delicious and fresh. My favorites: Jardín sandwich - I'm an omnivore, so I often add cheese or protein to this otherwise vegetarian sandwich, but it is really delicious on its own. I haven't had a sandwich like it elsewhere. Great flavor and great texture. And the red pepper flakes are pretty mild but add a tiny little kick, mmmm. I like it best toasted on the multigrain bread. Limeade - I buy a gallon every few weeks. Really great. I drink a little as is, but mostly cut it with some Pelligrino for a lighter, lower/calorie beverage. (And on occasion might cut it with some vodka or tequila!) The customer service is great. See note pictured - it's the second time I've gotten a note...and since the sandwich is delivered in a classic paper lunch bag, the note always reminds me of childhood, when my Dad would put a note or draw a face on my lunch. NOTE: finding it is a little tricky! It is in the basement level of an office building. There is very little signage directing you. It gives the suite of LL. If you go in the front you will have to take the elevator down. If you park in the back then you can have direct entrance. There is no sitting. Set up mainly for pickup and delivery pickup. You can order at the window and hang out a minute (honestly it was pretty quick) but most business seems to be pick up only. **** Food review: We both got the Primo Mom says "mm good, spicy (chipotle mayo)" Easy to eat one-handed. I 100 percent recommend Urbano Food Group! UFG is an El Paso gem. These are always my favorite types of places to visit! Their food is always made with love and you aren't just a number. UFG first opened their doors in 2018 in downtown El Paso. I want to say they've been at this location for over a year now...it might be two now. They're El Paso's first ever digital kitchen. This means they get to spend more time on the quality of the food. You won't be able to sit down directly inside of their place of business. It's a tiny kitchen and there's no space for a dining area. However, there's a park across the street or tables on the first floor. You can also park (not in the covered, reserved spaces please...not even for a few minutes! You run the risk of your car being towed, even if you park there for five minutes!) nearby and eat in your car. I was hungry when I went so I did a little bit of that. You can parallel park in front of their place for pickup (call/text 915-244-2048 to pick up your order). You can also get down and ring their doorbell. Whatever you do, don't park in the covered parking at anytime. They're located on the first floor of the building. Go to the back of the building and you'll easily find them. To be honest, I'm not really into sandwiches. However, UFG was a game changer. The ingredients tasted fresh and meshed well together. I tried the gluten free bread. It tasted pretty much the same as regular white bread. I couldn't really tell the difference. I got the primo sandwich which is a turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese, smoked bacon, spinach and tomato. You can also get chipotle mayo in it but I skipped it. I might try it another time. The sandwich was amazing! I didn't know I could get excited over a sandwich but there I was! All of their sandwiches come with chips. I chose jalapeno chips. They were tasty and went perfectly with this sandwich. I have my jalapeno stash at home so I ate one with the sandwich, too. It was perfect! I also ordered an unsweet iced tea with mango slices in it. It was good! I found myself eating all of the mango before finishing the tea. It added a nice, little flavor to the tea. I also got one of their non-dairy/vegan dark chocolate ice creams. It was good too! It tastes similar to Breyer's Low Carb chocolate ice cream. Aside from what I've mentioned, Urbano also carries: smoothies, smoothie bowls, breakfast foods, chicken salad, various other sandwiches and drinks. I think it's a good place to visit if you're working on improving your health. The place is also super clean! It's completely spotless/immaculate. Gilberto the owner is really nice and accommodating. So here's the thing Im very picky if you come to my Profile I rarely give 5 stars but this place is in the heart of Central El Paso on Trowbridge street. Drive thru service only which doesn't bother me. Small menu which to me is always best. I had the green detox juice. As I waited for my juice I decided to order a sandwich as well. I ordered the primo and added cucumber and raw jalapenos. Sandwich was very well put together. The Chipotle mayo really married the avocado and bacon. The sandwich came with chips but I don't know if you have the option to just get the sandwich it self. My juice was very good as well.
