Only one unsatisfactory employee. Visited the office Friday, 8/29/25 with severe sore throat, headache, and congestion. Tested negative for Covid, flu, and strep. Doctor thought that it might be too soon to be tested and advised to take an at home test the next day and if positive that I only needed to call the office and they would call the prescription into my pharmacy. I did as I was directed and the employee at the doctors' office didn't seem to be willing to help me. I hung up the phone and waited two and a half hours before calling the pharmacy and was told that the prescription was never called in. Now the doctors' office as well as the pharmacy are both closed and I will have another night of not getting any relief. Doctors! Please talk to your staff about how important it is to have compassion for your patients and to do as instructed. read more

Do not recommend Urgent Care. They tend to bill higher for services than other walk in clinics, thus you will owe more than the insurance and co-pays. read more

I have no issues with the quality of care by this location. However, this is the 3rd time I have paid an invoice and continue to get follow up statements, stating it to be unpaid. Recently, I have left (4) messages for Morgan, because she never seems to be in her office. No returned phone call, but continue to get invoices. read more

I went in on New Years Eve in the morning. Just have to say my experience was really great. As I walked in was greeted by the office staff, there was only one patient before me so I got in pretty quick. I knew that I was not there for an emergency, but had been sick for 6 days. They were kind to me and took down all my info. Then the doctor came in and made a couple of jokes, I was glad because I get nervous at any doctors office. He proceeded to check out my head and ears ask me some questions then told me what he thought so far. I was checked for flu and Covid. Then told I didn't have them. Whew. Then told me what I have and the plan of care. Asked if I had any questions. Great Visit! They did a great job!! I would recommend this office to anyone I know. Oh, I had acute sinusitis. Could not hear out of one ear and a sore throat. Headache all the time. Was this way for 6 days!! Thank You Urgent Care for seeing me! read more

We were very happy with the service here. In and out within an hour including two tests. We paid out of pocket due to being self employed with no insurance (thanks US government for punishing the self employed!) and we didn't pay extra for X-rays or urinalysis, both done quickly on site. The doctor was knowledgeable and had a good bedside manner. I will come here again if needed. I hope I don't. But if I do I will come here first. read more

I arrived and checked in at 9:35am. 2 hours and 20 minutes later I was supposedly "next" to be seen. No updates by staff, I had to check at the desk every 30-40 minutes on my status. Staff were not patient friendly. Seemed annoyed at my asking about my status to be seen. They said they were short staffed and had only one MD. Why only one MD?? Smile front desk staff! It doesn't cost anything and goes a long way in comforting a sick person who's been left waiting. There was no place to sit outside in the heat as the waiting room was full. A bench or two would be nice. I'm a nurse, while I respect and understand my professions challenges, only staffing one MD is inexcusable for the volume of patients coming to this center. I left unseen sadly. Won't be back. Hope this center can staff up to meet the community demands. read more

I don't do doctors. My boys can probably count the times they've been to a doctor on their 10 fingers - and they're teenagers. Maybe we have alligator blood in our veins because our immune systems are extraordinary. This year, well... I got the flu for the first time in my entire life. I thought I had strep throat, as I've never had that either, but I knew my throat hurt terribly bad. If I have to sit at a doctor's office while I feel terrible, this is the one to go to. It's really quite beautiful for a doctor's office, inside and out. That's not the reason I would recommend it though. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes tops. I wasn't in the waiting room more than 20 minutes, and that includes the time it took to fill out the paperwork. The doctor and nurses were nice and very thorough and took the time to explain the prescribed medications and how long I could expect to be sick. We took my son for a physical exam so he could join the wrestling team, and we were in and out of the doctor's office in 30 minutes. Both times we were walk-ins. Their hours are much better than a regular doctors office too, since they are open until 6 pm during the week and 3 pm on weekends. I've heard of other doctors referring to these type doctor's offices as doc-in-a-box clinics, but I much prefer using Urgent Care to a doctor that will make me wait 3 days for an appointment when I'm sick. I think it's obvious which doctors are really more concerned for the patients' health, and I'm sticking with Urgent Care By The Bay for my family's health needs (but they probably won't see us more than once every 2-3 years). read more

I have been in this office many times, but the best thing I can say is this: I was sick a couple years ago and could NOT get well. Had been to the regular doctor 2 or three times, changed medications a couple of times. My son took me here, because it's where he goes. I was in to see the doctor in 10 minutes; had medical workup and x-rays in short order, and was out the door with a diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Mark found the problem, which no one else had even suggested, and I was on the road to recovery in a day. In short - an awesome place to go. From the front desk to the nurses and technicians to the doctors, they treat you like a person and not a number on a chart. read more

NO, NO, NO! Do not go here. I had excruciating ear pain and Doc Amanda glanced in my ear and said I had an Infection. OK, yes I know. She prescribes me some wimpy ear drops. I was in some of the most terrible pain of my life for 3 days. I called them back and said the drops are not working. All the nurse said was to keep using drops and ibprophin. Well after my face swelled up and I couldn't even eat from the jaw pain I called again. I asked if I could have steroid shot and the nurse said that she checked with the doctor and the doctor said no and it could actually make it worse. WOW. (So wrong) I cried to the nurse over the phone and still didn't seem to care about my suffering. So I had to go find a new doctor who actually cared. The 2nd doctor at a different clinic took one look in my ear, gasped, and sent me to ENT with urgency. The first thing he did by the way was give me a steroid shot!!!! (Which urgent care said i didn't need) I also got an antibiotic shot. When I got to the ENT finally he took one look at the drops that the urgent care gave me and said, "these will NOT DO!!! " my ear was swollen shut so the drops weren't getting in anyway!!! He put a wick in my ear, gave me oral steroids and steroid drops plus some pain medicine for the discomfort. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP FROM THIS URGENT CARE!!! DID NOT EVEN PRESCRIBE CORRECTLY! WOW I AM IN AWWE OF THE INCOMPATANCE FROM THIS CLINIC. So I went in today and the whole entire building was packed. No where to sit, let alone even park. I walk and tell the lady at the front desk that I was sick and I needed to be tested for whatever I had because I thought it was covid. So the woman asked me what my symptoms were and I told her I did not know what Covid symptoms were like because I've never had it before but I felt very sick and I was around someone that had just been tested and she was positive. Well the woman proceeded to tell me that it was a two hour and 30 minute wait and that if I didn't actually feel good and I was only around someone who had it, they were not going to test me. So I told her that I did not feel good, I told her all of my symptoms and made sure I mentioned the most concerning ones first and the only one she wrote down was "cough". Once again she emphasized the two hour and 30 minute wait and told me I could sit in the waiting room or in my car but since they were doing an awful job of getting people taken care of, there was no room for me to sit so I ended up sitting in my car for three hours. I kept telling myself they're just busy they'll eventually call you like they said they would in a very rude tone. So after waiting that long I go in and the woman says hi how can I help you so I immediately knew that she had forgotten I was even there. I asked her how long it was going to be for me to be seen and she said oh you're actually next you can sit over there. Well 7 other people go in ahead of me, and I ended up spending another 30 minutes waiting in the building listening to the workers complain about how they wanna go home at six, and they're so busy yet no one was in the waiting room except me (it was 1:30). I was finally able to leave at two, and guess who was positive with Covid? I was obviously sick because I was one of the only people in the building wearing a mask (including the nurses), I didn't even change out of my PJs because I felt so bad, and I also was the only one who had a horrible cough. I spent 4 hours at this urgent care sick with covid. I truly believe that I was treated horribly because they thought of me as a young dumb girl because the only other person I saw treated the same was someone just about my age. I do not know the woman's name but I do know it was not Charlotte Keith because I know Charlotte Keith very well and she would not treat patients like that. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I felt rushed through my visit & I felt the Dr. was unconcerned & didn't fully examine me. I was told my prescription was being sent to the pharmacy & when I noticed the next day that it wasn't sent, I called & told them this information & was told they'd send it right away. It was NEVER sent & my problem eventually got better on its own without meds! I hate I paid a copay & wasted my time going here. Nothing good to say about this place & I never plan on going back giving them any of my business. read more

I feel if you need X-rays then they should be performed by a qualified and certified technologist. Unfortunately that is not the case here. A medical assistant and/or a nurse are not skilled and proficient in producing good diagnostic images. Very disappointed in this aspect of my care. The other staff were adequate but I do not recommend this Urgent Care based on unskilled staff performing X-rays. The public deserves better healthcare. read more

Have been here for 45 minutes and it's not busy at all, and I'm still waiting to be seen in my room. Very displeased.

I previously ranted about a bill I received containing charges from several visits, some of which were very old. This was most upsetting because I paid my co-pay at every visit, had never been informed of a balance, and was even recently informed that I had a credit. I finally got that straightened out by visiting in person. I brought in the bill they sent me, the explanation of benefits for each date of service from my insurance company, and the hospital bill from the day they referred me. I probably over-did it a bit with my proof/evidence of how much should be owed. But the end result was the doctor just said to write-off all of the charges. A couple of weeks later, I got a call from the office manger making sure that everything was ok. That changed my attitude. If I go back, I'll definitely watch my bills very carefully. But I am willing to give them another shot. Someone there (the doctor) finally did what was right, and took care of the problem. And the office manager followed-up. That shows they are trying. And aside from the billing issue, it is a great facility. read more
