No one explained anything until I asked. After a family emergency caused me to miss the two-day follow-up, the receptionist -- rude, unprofessional, and careless -- refused to help and said I had to redo everything. They were rough during the exam and even left bruises on me. I paid $120 and had to fight just to get $80 back. If I had her name, I would report them to the health department in a heartbeat. Save yourself the time, money, and disrespect -- do not go here.

For this whole week, my daughter has been complaining about a sore throat and nasal congestion that…read morewas not getting any better, even with over the counter medicine. I made a call to MD Now Urgent Care to see if my daughter can be seen and to have a diagnosis and treatment for the sore throat. The lady on the phone was pleasant and told me that I can bring her in, no appointment necessary. We arrived at MD Now within a few minutes and happened to be the only ones there. The waiting area was large with adequate seating. After greeting the receptionist I was told to scan a QR code to fill out a form. Within 10-15 minutes my daughter was called in by the nurse where she had her weight and blood pressure taken...then a few minutes after the doctor came in. After my daughter explained to the doctor about the symptoms she was having with the sore throat, the doctor did a brief physical examination then had the nurse conduct a strep test, which came out negative...but after a finger stick blood test, she did test positive for mononucleosis. The doctor informed us that mononucleosis was not serious and should go away on its own. He advised my daughter to rest, take Motrin for the pain, and be on a liquid diet until she's able to eat solid foods. He also gave her a doctor's note for school. That's it, we was good to go. We was probably there for about an hour. That's the quickest I ever left a doctor's office.

Not only were we in and out within about 30 minutes, the entire staff was absolutely WONDERFUL! Dr Paul Cumillo is the shining star, however. This incredible professional is truly an example and aspiration for the medical community. Filled with knowledge, wisdom, experience and a huge caring heart, I knew at that first visit we had found our new family doctor HOME. Dr Paul was so encouraging and kind to my teenager, gave us very helpful advice and really helped him at a level much deeper than a school check up. When my son got sick the following month, we both felt relieved that Dr Paul was right around the corner for another wonderful visit. Since then I moved my youngest from the overbooked pediatric office to this practice, and it's also where we turn to for our adult care. Dr Paul has become our beloved family doctor! He is sincerely the most caring and wonderful provider we have ever met! We're so grateful for the whole practice which is filled with very friendly and top notch staff from the moment you enter. I will never go back to the hassle of scheduling appointments with long waits now that my family has experienced the convenience of this fantastic walk in facility and FAR SUPERIOR medical care and front office service! I advised her that I had made an appointment online for 6 PM. She said "No you didn't" in the rudest tone possible you don't have an appointment that's just a check-in time or hold your spot. I'll Send something to your phone to fill out go sit down you'll be waiting 45 minutes. The place was completely empty. One person in the front one person being called back no need for the attitude. No need for the insinuation of a 45 minute wait when I clearly checked in online when I advised her I did not like her attitude, her tone, her facial expressions or her demeanor she was like OK and?!? apparently Crystal does not like her job nor does she have the qualities of a healthcare professional. I definitely made a corporate complaint. I wrote on Google review and here as well. They need to get it together. I headed over to the local emergency room, which was one block away was nicely greeted treated within 14 minutes released headed to the CVS another block away treated within 12 minutes and picked up the medication everybody else in the area was very pleasant, professional and direct. Everything was settled. Then, out of nowhere, in March 2026 -- about 6-7 months later -- I was charged again $180 on my credit card without any authorization or explanation. They somehow kept my card on file and used it again without my consent. Since then, I've been calling every week for the past month trying to resolve this issue. Every single time I call, I get transferred from one person to another, and no one can give me a clear answer or take responsibility. No one can even explain what the charge is for. This is completely unacceptable. Charging a customer months later without authorization and then failing to resolve the issue shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability.
