Will not cancel my membership and continue to charge my credit card $199/month without my permission for 2 years now! I have sent repeated emails and called multiple times to ask them to cancel and they will not honor my request although their website says "CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME" which is obviously not true! I even went to my bank to dispute the charges and changed my credit card number to try to stop them but they somehow found the new number and continued charging me. The person in charge of billing (McKenna Miles) has never returned my emails or calls, just sends an automated reply each time and nothing happens! This is supposed to be a medical practice but it is a scam and the owner should be ashamed because this is not how patients should be treated. Since they will not respond to my requests or make any attempts to make me whole in this situation I am now forced to escalate this further. After I went through the hassle of updating my insurance and canceling my former PCP, they tell me I am too complex a patient for them. AVOID URGENTCARE2GO - Dishonest Billing & Insurance Fraud I strongly advise against visiting the URGENTCARE2GO location in Farmers Branch. My experience with this office has been nothing short of appalling - not only due to the unethical billing practices, but also because of the complete lack of accountability when I tried to resolve the issue. I went in for a routine yearly physical, which is 100% covered by my health insurance. At checkout, I was unexpectedly charged $1. It felt odd, but I let it go. A month later, I received two separate bills - one from the doctor's office and another from the lab. That's when I realized something was seriously wrong. The doctor's office billed me $80 for a psychological evaluation I never received. What actually happened was a short multiple-choice questionnaire on an iPad about general mood - something I assumed was just part of the check-in process. Instead, they coded and billed it as a comprehensive mental health assessment, knowing full well that it wouldn't be covered under a standard physical. Had I known this would cost me out of pocket, I absolutely would have declined it. Even worse was the lab bill. They took 4 vials of blood, which seemed a little more than usual but not outrageous. However, I was charged $99 for a Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy test - a test that was neither requested by me nor medically necessary. But the most disturbing part? The test results were never even posted to my patient portal, meaning the lab most likely never ran the test at all. This is blatant insurance fraud - billing for a test that was never performed. I made multiple attempts to resolve the billing issues: Phone: I was passed around with no resolution. Email: I was told the charges were accurate and final. In-person: I was told the billing manager was "not in the office." It's clear to me that this business is designed to nickel-and-dime patients with hidden, non-transparent charges, betting that people won't fight back over $200. If you refuse to pay? They'll simply send it to collections and let it accumulate interest. It's a predatory and fraudulent model. I sincerely hope that this practice is investigated for its behavior. Nowhere did I see it cost $224 for this service alone which is unbelievable plus $100 for each test, tests that are $25 in the drugstore. I thought my insurance would cover it and be billed later. I will never use this service again. The Medical Assistant had on so much strong perfume, could've been friendly, and told me my cat couldn't be in the room. Where do I start? First the billing is not as transparent as their website advertises it to be. BEWARE. Yes you are charged that fee, but you will also be charged additional fees in ADDITION to a fee for the doctor to read you your results during a separate appointment, even if the results are negative. My daughter took the tests, I paid ALL their fees and everything STILL came back negative. It was literally a $328.98 expense paid right at that moment because they don't provide treatment until you pay, and there was not a single result. On top of that, my eob for all 3 charges says I was only supposed to have been billed $13.23. Yes my insurance information was provided prior to the appointment as well as during. Yet, I was STILL charged 3 times. I was billed a total of $328.98. I am due a refund of $315.75. I have been sending messages about the billing issue since March. No one has reached out to successfully rectify the situation. I was charged 3 times and provided all documentation. I was billed 3 separate times and my insurance was also billed.  My eob for all 3 charges says I was only supposed to have been billed $13.23 I notified them also that I would be filing a claim with my insurance, filing a claim with my Amex and also leaving a review accordingly. This is ridiculous. They absolutely left me no choice. And still to think, it was all for nothing at all. I still had to take my daughter to urgent care. Fraudulent Advertising Practices and Billing.They advertise they are 24/7 when they are not when I asked my med tech he said oh no you can only book any appt 24/7 which is not what their bait and switch advertising says. Also, when you go to book your appointment with insurance you put yin your co-pay amount and your credit card for them to charge you that amount and then they just charge your card whatever the hell they want to I was charged $200 when the last time I saw them it was only $59 which is what my co-pay amount is and if they are to bill for anything other than they I have hit my max out of pocket for the year and it would be $0. Their phone number does not work anytime you try and call it nor do they respond to their support email. read more

Shady practice. I made an appointment to have my mom's ear wax removed. They assured me that the visit would cost $179. I tried canceling the appointment more than 24 hours before but never heard back. I spoke with Gina H. and after she assured me that the fee included wax extraction, I kept my appointment. This place is a scam. They advertise as a Mobile urgent Care. They have you feel out the information along with your insurance information. They charge you a copay and send you a text like everything is fine and they also give you a window as to when they will arrive. They later send you a text explaining that they are only ppo and they are not the primary physician listed on the insurance so it's going to be more money. Why do you advertise this way knowing that it is already going to be an extra charge for certain types of insurance. I have been trying to get my refund back woth no success. Customer service is horrible. The woman I spoke to was rude and nasty and then blamed me for being rude. I called to discuss a charge that appeared on my card months after receiving service. The billing coordinator stated it was to settle my account and pay what insurance did not. I didn't use insurance, I paid out of pocket at the time services were received. These people are unprofessional and you can't speak to anyone about issues, only by email which they are very slow to respond. This is theft, nothing more. I recently found myself in need of urgent care. After signing up my situation degraded and I had to seek emergency services at a nearby hospital. Upon cancelling my urgentcare2go appointment I learned I would be charged the full amount of the appointment plus a co-pay fee ($179) IMO this is excessive at best and a scam at worst. Unfortunately in my state of pain and duress I was not able to understand all the fine print (multiple pages) included in the signup process. Thankfully I got the care I needed from a hospital and feel fortunate that I avoided a dr quack roadshow and take "lesson learned" from the experience to avoid online bookings with pages of disclaimers and lawyer-speak agreements that clearly don't consider the patient's best interest. A few months back, I had virus and suffered for 10 days and in the end I wanted to know what it was. googled and found this . I had two insurance so they said I had to pay only $25 . I said ok and filled the form. The supposed nurse came , he had no gloves nor mask and the suitcase he brought with him looked dirty. He looked like a store helper. after testing he said no covid etc.through the zoom doctor. Then he said to make sure he will take another test and the next day the dr will tell me the results. He said I dont have to pay anything. the insurance will pay. Though I knew I didnt need it, he convinced me. He took my signature . Next thing I saw two withdrawals of 25 dollars. when called told two days payment. Poor service and fraud. read more

EDIT: I got a very prompt email back from them telling me that I would receive a refund in 30-60 days IF the EOB they get from my insurance company says that I am due one. I'm contacting the better business bureau about this. I have a lot of health issues, so I've not only met my insanely high deductible, but also my insurance "out of pocket maximum" for the year. I saw that this place took my insurance and booked an appointment, based on my knowledge that I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket. The nurse arrives and informs me that I've already been charged $179 and that if I want a strep test it will be an extra $100 because I haven't met my deductible. I tell her this is wrong, and she contacts someone at the office and we stand there for ***20 minutes*** waiting for them to fix it before the appointment can start. She tells me finally that it's fixed and everything is covered, and that whoever put my information in the first time did it wrong. The nurse was great btw, no complaints there. But after she leaves, I get my invoice in an email, stating that the visit cost $179. They "fixed" it in that they didn't charge me for the strep test, but they didn't fix the fact that I was already charged. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is their standard way of operating. They just try to charge everyone the full price and then collect the insurance reimbursement on top of that. I've sent an email to them, and hope that this billing issue gets resolved a lot quicker than it seems to for everyone else in these reviews. If not, I guess I'll have to do a chargeback. read more

Don't do it. they are more concerned with charging close to $800 for a routine mammogram. They don't work with BC/BS. So procedures covered at 100%, are not covered at all. BUYER BEWARE!!! In terms of the medical care, they are great, but their billing and customer service is borderline lawsuit worthy. The first time I used their services, they charged me $129, I emailed their billing to state they had overcharged me as my insurance covered it t 100%. They refunded me promptly. The second time they did the same again, charged me the fee but this time when I emailed they replied and said I would get a refund but I never did, 45 days later I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. This most recent interaction my husband and I had the flu which resulted in 6 different charges totalling more than $715. Once again my insurance covered at 100%. I asked for a refund, nothing, 30 days later I asked 2 more times, I finally got a response that they would refund $500. I keep asking about the rest and they just tell me that's all they are going to refund. I have provided proof of the charges and matching EOBs from my insurance company showing 0 responsibility and asked for an itemized statement showing why they are not refunding the rest, they stopped responding. Guess I will go back to my credit card company again. read more

At the time of my "appointment", no one showed up. No contact the day of via phone or email. I received an email the following day informing me my appointment had been cancelled. I tried calling to cancel the membership at $80/month (which is a year long contract for $1000) and was told my only option is a $200 cancellation fee. No one is "customer support" has the authority for a refund. $280 for no services rendered. STAY AWAY! UrgentCare2go is one of the greatest and most convenient services out there. It's literally like a hospital on wheels. Used their services 5 times. My husband and I were sick with Norovirus about a week apart. They fixed us right up. We both received steroid shots, B12, along with antibiotics and nausea medication Rx sent to our pharmacy. Scheduling is very easy. Female I spoke with explained everything. For those who donot have insurance or have NOT met your deductible LISTEN carefully and READ the fine print. It can be costly if you haven't met your deductible or have health insurance. Doctors and staff are very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Completely trust them. They will not provide a service if they feel it isn't needed along with suggesting an ER visit if they feel it's necessary. Dr. Lindsey is AWESOME! Along w/the schedulers too. I've used Urgent Care 2 Go at least half a dozen times and was happy with the service. Not this time! The doctor was not friendly and made me feel pressured to do a list of tests plus didn't call my scrip in until the next day. Usually you get the first does of meds when they're in your house and then a steroid shot to help you feel better. I got NEITHER of these things and had to keep asking for them. I never did get the shot. Lisa, the medical assistant, was wonderful but it sure didn't look like she was supported by the higher ups. I also put my insurance information in which included a $30 copay. Instead of $30, they deducted $149 plus another $30 later that day. No one called or even emailed to let me know that the insurance price wasn't going to work. Ridiculous amount of money to be charged for poor service. I won't use them again. read more

About a week ago I had to have an ablation done on both my legs and The physicians that performed the procedure failed to record that I was allergic to latex long story short they wrapped both my legs in latex! As a week past I started to develop a very serious rash with welts maybe even hives all over my body I went back for a ultrasound to find out that there were no blood clots upon arriving I was told I needed to pay an amount and I also had called earlier that morning of the appointment to say that I had the rash, keep in mind I had already called four days before letting them know that I had A lot of irritation throughout my body they gave me a business card and wrote on it Benadryl cream and some other items to use on it, never mind them for now. On Saturday night of that same week, I felt like I could not take it anymore and I wanted to find an urgent care so I got on the Internet and started looking in my area of course everything is closed - I stumbled upon" Urgentcare2go" I booked the appointment and they came the very next morning on time, with all needed medical equipment and medicine!! Chris was the person that came to my home masked and kind, listened and recorded everything that I said about the ordeal (pics) that I had experienced, then Lindsay (physicians Assistant) came on a zoom meeting, she was already prepared as she had read all of Chris's notes and looked at all of Chris's pictures, she started by asking me to tell her all that was happening and here's the big One -she listened!!!! She started to explain what they could do and said that Chris had everything with him to be able to give me a steroid shot to stop that terrible terrible discomfort and pain that I was experiencing! Phenomenal graciousness and informative are not enough to explain how they worked together over a zoom meeting to bring quick relief to my terrible experience with the previous clinic I had visited! I know this is a long review but please read through as they were professional efficient and communicated until the last moment, as well as sending me all the documents within an hour of the visit and a follow up appointment a day later! Let me backtrack a little bit because when I first called the kind voice at the other end when I was so desperate and anxious McKenna this business is doing it right !!they have McKenna answering the phone!!she was kind understanding and explained everything-I told her I didn't mean to book the appointment as I thought it was a walk-in clinic she explained that it was a real person coming to my home that was well equipped and had a back up on a zoom meeting, I have to admit I was still skeptical but I went ahead with the appointment and thank God! there was some issues with my insurance as it was late in the evening when I made the appointment. I called the morning of the appointment and I let them know that I was concerned with some issues McKenna promised that she would get it cleared up on Monday morning (which keep in mind is a holiday) she promised to put me at the front of the line and call my insurance to clear up any issues-She kept her promise she called me Monday morning at 5:55 AM, she gave me all the information I was hoping for & more!
