When you go in, it reminds you of any other federal or state building with customer facing. There's a security agent who directed us to the Kiosk where you answer a few questions about yourself prior to being issued a ticket which is your number in line. There's a TV screen which promotes the SSA offering as well as showing which number is being served next. My wife and I were fortunate to have Quinton as our agent who answered all our questions pertaining to SS and Medicare, HSA's and the different options for now and the future. My wait time was no longer than 5 minutes. My time with Quinton was probably 30 minutes. We may have gotten lucky, but we left very pleased. Time well spent.

The fountain is iconic, the trees and Spanish moss are gorgeous, and the shaded walking paths make it easy to slow down and enjoy the park. Lots of people were taking graduation photos while I was there, and I totally get why. It is such a pretty backdrop. Definitely worth stopping by, even if it's just for a quick walk and a few photos.

I looked at what I needed online, gathered my stuff and looked at wait times that they post online. The ones closer to me in North Charleston and West Ashley had long wait times posted but Mt Pleasant was like 10 minutes. Plus I'm already familiar with this location so I drove a little further to come here. I did end up waiting 20 minutes or so for my turn, put the numbers were moving quickly. When I got to the counter, the attendant was so nice and helpful... none of that cranky attitude detected anywhere. I paid my fee, got my new photo and had a new ID in 30 minutes total.

I had a great experience at USPS in Pooler today ! It was the first time I was sending a package…read moreand it was an international shipping. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but was really impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the lady at the counter. She was very polite and patiently answered all my queries and offered the best options to ship the package. The whole thing was quick and I was able to complete the task in 15 minutes! I also like to add that this is their new office so everything looks clean and well maintained. There's also plenty of parking ! I will be using their services soon in the near future !
