First off, she said she had a job offer for $26/HR cus she remembered about a bullshit side note she put along to help me find a job I guess, & then bring up my bad review on Yelp saying some shit like she didn't appreciate it and it wasn't her idea of cutting me off from a previous job I was wrking with that goes thru them. But why would you bring up a job offer AND my Yelp review at the same time AND call me on a block number? Like that's real unprofessional, and I ain't gotta be professional, they just a temp agency. It didn't make sense until it hit me, she was just really concerned about the 1 star rate and bad review on Yelp lmao. Guess Yelp is serious when it comes to business that never earned any stars or good reviews lol. I tried so hard to listen but driving and being on the phone is hard especially when 106 kmel is playing Cut it by yung dolph on the radio, you can't help but play it louder & sing the song along in your head. I arrived right at 1:00 PM to ask a question and interacted with a staff member named Kerri. During our interaction, I had difficulty understanding her explanation and politely asked for clarification. In response, she raised her voice at me and stated that I "challenged her" for simply asking for clarification, in a way that was unexpected and inappropriate, especially in a public setting with other clients present. This interaction left me feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. As a community resource, professionalism and respectful communication should be a priority--particularly when assisting individuals who may already be navigating stressful situations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training or support to ensure all clients are treated with respect.

Their online booking experience was easy and I found their rates more reasonable than the other nanny agency our hotel recommended. (I reached out to both and quickly compared all-in pricing.) The babysitter we were assigned, Rima, arrived on time and kept us updated on how things were going. She brought games and activities for my 7 year old daughter based on her interests, which I appreciated. The only thing that was a bit challenging is that we had to communicate with our babysitter via the Telegram app, which was new and different for me. I would have preferred WhatsApp or simple texting instead. Overall, I was happy with Grapevine and would recommend them to anyone looking for at-hotel childcare while in wine country with their children.

Like the DMV review I posted, the State of California got this one right. A good example of how the government should run.
