The sales rep that came out to do the estimates and loan contract left out a key peice of the project, notably the reason we're doing the remodel at all, the subflooring damaged by a leak. We scrounged to get the project at 15k so we can afford the loan payment. Low and behold a contractor comes out and I find out not only is the subflooring repair not on the estimate, the sq ft of flooring is wrong and it's got sink faucets instead of shower heads (vanity was going to be untouched by this project). The boss lady calls me and first thing out her mouth is we're going to start from scratch.... so your not even going to try to make this right? Your just going to throw it all away and start over like this huge mess up didn't happen? Like y'all didn't help me take out a credit line on a project estimate that wasn't accurate and btw, I asked to see it several times, was refused based on proprietary something, but had he shown me maybe it would've been caught. She says it's obvious I can't be made happy when she didn't even try! All I asked was for a sales person who actually knows what their doing and a contractor to come out (which was already scheduled for Friday so I guess that's cancelled to?) To give me real prices instead of half a quote. Moral of the story, if they mess up they're just going to trash your project instead of making it right. Good thing nothing had started yet, God knows how they would've screwed us over had the project actually gotten started. Found out the assumption was made that I would expect them to do the whole project for the original price. We meet with the salesman, signed the contract and gave them the deposit of over 4000 dollars. they took the deposit and held our money for well over a month, then suddenly they returned our deposit without a word on why they were breaching the contract. we have called several times trying to get answers on what was going on. they kept giving on the run around with no real answers. they wasted a lot of our time. do not use this company. read more

Was excited to try them after reading all the good reviews. I imagine they would be great... IF they kept their appointments. We scheduled a 2PM consult for a bathroom remodel and after spending the day home from work (as they needed both my husband and I for the appointment), nobody showed up for the consult. After an hour later and trying to reach customer service (they weren't answering) - we gave up. I don't appreciate our time being wasted. If they couldn't show up to a consult, then I doubt I could trust them to show up for the remodel on time. Maybe someone gave us the wrong day and they're closed? No idea, but this first impression makes think there are so many other good remodelers out there and this one just isn't one of them, so be warned. read more

Worst remodel experience I've ever had in the 25 years in my home. Recommended by a friend so we went with them. From start to finish mistakes were made and the main tile guy who worked at our house for 6 weeks was so rude he would not even speak to us by the time he was done and thankfully gone. My 86 and 87 year old aunt and uncle were sold a walk in tub by a door to door salesman. The cost of the tub was about 10% of what their house is worth and they are on a fixed income. They had no idea what the contract said and what they were buying. For instance, the tub they were sold needs a new 60-75 gallon hot water heater. The space where the current 40 gallon tank sits is not big enough for a larger unit. They did not realize that they would not have a hand held shower. They did not realize that the contract they signed did not include any drywall repair or any damage that might be done to the house on install. They only have one bathroom in their home and cannot live without the use of it for the time of the install. They have health issues and cannot be around construction dust. One does not have to be around them very long to realize all these things. The sales rep obviously took advantage of them. They asked me to get the contract canceled. I called Travis Peterson on 8/25 who said they could cancel but would keep their $1,000 deposit unless the standard size tub with wall surround had not been made or unless they could reuse some of the materials/parts. Nine days later, he said the tub had been made and shipped and that he was keeping their deposit but would cancel the contract. I told him I thought his company had taken advantage of their situation (elderly, unhealthy, easily confused by smooth talking sales reps, etc) and this did not change the outcome. He asked how my aunt and uncle would bathe without a walk in tub and I assured him that I could get someone to bathe them for a very long time for the $7800 that they were going to spend on a tub they probably wouldn't use for much longer given their age and health conditions. We just had our second bathroom renovated with US Bath Systems, and I'm over-the-moon happy with the work they did. The first one was great, so I wasn't surprised that the second one looks just as fantastic. From the initial meeting with the designer to the last meeting with the project manager everyone was friendly, honest, and professional. If I had another bathroom to remodel or renovate I wouldn't go with any other company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Don't use them. Recently I have my bath remodeled, the project manager tricked me to change my original design since he said he can only do that size shower. The shower is actually customized, I can do what I want, this is later I knew. He tricked me to change my original design and put the tub directly attached to the bathroom wall and even asked me for extra $500. Later the shower base is too big it's entirely pressed on my window trim, make my window is very unsymmetrical. The company don't want responsible for that, I ask for $2000 discount since they change my original design, destroy my window trim, but they only offer $500 that they asked extra. I feel this company only want money, if they saw you don't have knowledge, they will trick you and want to earn more from you. I don't recommend them. I used them because I find them through home depo. I will never trust home depo any more. read more
