My wife found these guys and reserved the car while I was searching for yelp members opinion thru yelp blog. I was little bit upset because she didnt let me know about it after the fact. Then I though I should give them a try. So I called in for a ride from washington dc to mclean va . Any ways.. She made a great decision. These guys are great. They earned my five star rating. - I received a free up grade: Ordered town car received a Mercedes Benz S550. - Driver was on time (5 star) Dispatch called me 10mins before my pick up time. - Driver (Matt) was sharp and very polite (5 star). - It was a very smooth driving (5star). His driving never made me feel uncomfortable. - He knew where he was going. I didnt have to give him directions etc. (5star) - Car was super clean. (5 star) - The car was exceptionally the best part of it.(5 star). I got picked up with black Mercedes benz. It was a free up grade. I fell in love with this luxury sedan which is by the way $100k brand new. This car had all the whistles and bells. I never knew that these cars had back seat recliners, heating and cooling seat functions etc.. We have scheduled another service to go to Ocean City on Friday night. I ordered the mercedes benz for our upcoming trip. I cant wait to sit in the back, relax and turn the cooling seat function on. :) I will let all yelpers know how things will end up. We needed our group to be transfered back & forth to gaylord resort in oxon hill md. We decided to order multiple vehicles: 28 & 30 passenger mini coach buses, and 7 executive black SUVs. I was getting tired of carey limousine high rates at the time. So I chose for our trip to midlothian virginia. (very close to Richmond VA). I was skeptical at first. Used the car service twice so far. Once to and from airport, and second was a long distance trip to New York. They arrived on time -if not early- and I arrived on time to my destination. Clean car. Professional staff - both driver and call center. Spoke with the owner and he was super friendly and really tried to make sure my trip to NY went smoothly. There was some reading material in the back. Car: the first time was in a Lincoln Town car which had a DVD and I was able to watch part of movie, and second was in a SUV. Both times I was offered selection of drinks and gum - free of extra charge: I was really surprised when they offered me a selection of cold drinks: water, sparkling water, Gatorade, juice,etc. I actually felt like I was getting the service I paid for and not just stepping inside a over-sized taxi cab. Hi, I am not a blogger or review writer. But I thought I could say a few good words for the excellent service I received today. My first ride was late at night from dulles international airport to my home in dc. The driver and service was not just good or great. It was very impressive. They had a large selection of drinks and clean car, etc... I was very happy customer. The service got even better this morning. Yesterday, I called again ordered a car service to take me back to dulles at 6am. The driver showed up around 5:40am, and I was out by 6:05am or so. This morning my driver greeted me with a cup of fresh coffee from starbucks. I was very impressed. I felt like a king. And I thought I must write this review and spread the word around. I used US CAPITOL LIMO 17 times in total so far. Overall, amazing experience and I would recommend us capitol Limo and use them again! First time I used them I ordered 10 passenger stretch limousine. The car was exactly on time, I received a call from the driver and we went outside to this beautiful stretch Lincoln Limo. The inside was very clean and the ceiling was changing colored lights. it was awesome and the birthday girl was very impressed. Last time I used them our flight was 8 hours delayed and that made me quiet nervous. A text was waiting when we landed and the driver was at the baggage claim area. This is an outstanding & Flawless service. I highly recommend uscapitol limo. They took my wife, my mother and two girls to BWI airport last week. They showed up with the car seat well installed in a very nice vehicle. The owner is very much involved and has a strong service orientation. Everything was on time and as promised. I have ordered an SUV and a town car service for the 2013 inauguration in washington dc. I am still riding along the streets of dc while I am posting this review. I am so glad that I ordered a car service. I see bunch of people looking for a cab and it is a chili day. I love the service. The driver is great. This limo company is awesome!!! The service was great and the driver was extremely professional. I reserved the Mercedes S550 luxury limo reserved for the trip to dulles airport for me and friend flying together. Driver was on time and we got to the airport without any problems. It was a very comfortable luxurious ride. The Mercedes S550 had a recliner rear seats, cold drinks... :) The car was more comfortable than my first class ticket to Europe.. Covid-19 Safe ! I used US Capitol Limo yesterday. I travel to DC often for my work I could say so far the best transportation service I have ever had. The vehicle was lux, very clean, they apparently sanitize after each customer. Driver was wearing N-100 mask, driving smooth, careful and he was such a gentleman.
