November 2017 I was flying to Orlando very early morning with my relatives and We need a big car to take us to the airport and to be scheduled and I've heard of my friends about Wi-Fi limo . They have a phone number but I preferred to download their app wifi limo and created an account , scheduled a ride , selected the type of vehicle I need which was the SUV. About an hour before my requested time I started to get notifications that there is a driver on the way with his name , photo and his live location on the map. The driver arrived in a very nice luxury SUV Chevy suburban and helped us loading our luggage! He offered us the Wi-Fi service (which I knew later that they chose that to be their name because they love to offer high speed Wi-Fi service to their clients specially people who are traveling long business trips) , water bottles, mint and tissues. The car was very clean, the driver was professional and asked us if we have any route preferences and told us that we can control the car temperature from the buttons in the middle and asked to let him know if we need anything! Very polite! The trip back from the airport a week later was same smooth and we didn't have to wait or setup anything, everything was planned and the driver had a sign with my last name on the windshield and with the information I already had it was so easy to find him! We had to rent a car in Orlando but we learned that Wi-Fi limo is offering service in many states so If I'm going to a trip that I don't need a car 24/7 with me like Orlando , I'll definitely request them to drive me! Very reliable and very professional! I learned that they are a family business and I actually love to encourage local family businesses over big corporates !! The scheduling feature was the best and gave me the peace of mind I was looking for that wasn't available at any of the ride share apps! (the ride share apps have a scheduling feature but it's nothing more than they set your app to automatically request a car and if there is no drivers around you , you're not getting a ride on time!! Yeah that's how those ride share apps do it!! ) There is things that I hate to go cheap on them , my safety, my health, my comfort and my time so I can say that the ride wasn't at the cheap side but worth of every penny spent!!

First, when I was booking, Harry sent me a credit authorization form complete with someone else's information-credit card number and all! I immediately brought this to his attention and he barely apologized for the careless error and sent me a new form. Now, almost 4 months after my event, I realized I was just charged nearly $850. I have not booked anything else with the company and had paid my original balance in full. I called Harry who explained this was an "honest mistake." I explained that having an issue on the front end (receiving someone else's credit card info) and on the back end (being charged for an event I'm not involved with 4 months after I used the service) is not a simple "honest mistake." Harry tried to explain by telling me the customer's trip I was just charged for was for another "Katie" which made it confusing...It is clear that whatever system they are using to hold onto credit card information is not secure and at this point, I can't be sure that my card info was not also sent out to someone else. At this point, Harry has issued a refund but I am requesting a new credit card from my bank given the nature of this exchange and the uncertainty that my information was also shared. I'd avoid this service and look into other more professional vendors.

I originally reserved 2 large charter buses for 110 people for a foundation event for lung cancer…read moresurvivors. Mr. Yese the co owner was very involved and responded very fast to all my inquiries before I decided to use their services. He was very nice and helpful and even provided pictures of the potential buses I would be getting. On the day of the event, I received 4 small charter buses instead, and they were all on time. The buses are all new and have very nice interior seating. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone because they also have limousine services!
