I had a terrible experience with Asurion. I brought my phone in because it wasn't charging…read moreproperly. They told me the charging port was dirty and that cleaning it would fix the issue. When I picked it up, the problem still wasn't fixed. I went back and explained that none of my chargers were working with the phone. Instead of diagnosing the phone, they tried to tell me that every single one of my chargers needed to be replaced and insisted there was nothing wrong with the phone. That makes no sense. Clearly, the issue is with the phone, not every charger I own. They didn't actually repair anything and didn't take responsibility for the unresolved problem. I paid for a "repair" that was not done, and now I still have a phone that won't charge. Very disappointed with the service and lack of effort to actually fix the issue
