I received a quote from them to duplicate a dvd of mine. I found a cheaper price with another company, and offered to provide them with a copy of the quote to see if they would match it. Their response back to me in its entirety was, "That sounds like a great price. Best of luck." Now admittedly, the quote I received from their competitor was a smoking hot deal, and I really wasn't expecting them to match it. But how about at least making a counter offer, and promising great customer service along with it, OR SOMETHING??!! But just to cut my potential business off so abruptly I found incredibly insulting.
