They gave me a nice looking hand drawn diagram with the cost break down. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. They installed the system well and I has been operating without any issues for the past 6 seasons. You just need them once to close up for the season. They will book that appointment for you. And that cost is reasonable as well. Maybe I'm the outlier but I've been very happy with Tradewind.

They were very professional, showed up on time, and gave us options to accept the quote online (and pay online). DuBosar was very communicative, with Tammy helping me with email updates and scheduling the repair after the initial quote. When they arrived, they met with me and informed me of the work they had planned to ensure we were on the same page. They got to work immediately and repaired the back flow and valves, two breaks in the water lines, and wiring damage that was quoted. Upon testing they discovered a few more issues (more breaks, open pipes, bad heads), and offered to repair the same day with a reasonable modification to the price.
