Left a phone message outlining my dissatisfaction and asking for service first thing in the spring and was called back the following morning and told 'this is not my problem it's yours that your husband doesn't remember or communicate with you!' Would NOT RECOMMEND them especially with the rudeness of the staff and unpredictable and unreliable service.

They actually left us a big box full of manuals and instructions, so the info. might be somewhere in there. God works in mysterious ways... I really needed an irrigation specialist to teach me how to use the system and, most importantly, to Winterize the system when the time comes. Pedro wrote my name and all contact info for me to become a new customer. He also walked me through the whole setup of the system and found one leaking pipe, which he immediately fixed. I have never owned a house with an irrigation system so I truly appreciate Pedro's professionalism and knowledge about the system, besides being a very friendly person who did not seemed rushed to get out of here to another job. The man promptly gave me choices for an appointment and was professional and informed. When the technician arrived, I was surprised to see that it was the same person who had assisted me over the phone. Eric called to check in with me before starting the operation where he introduced himself. He was courteous, friendly, as well as professional. They gave me a nice looking hand drawn diagram with the cost break down. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. They installed the system well and I has been operating without any issues for the past 6 seasons. You just need them once to close up for the season. They will book that appointment for you. And that cost is reasonable as well. Maybe I'm the outlier but I've been very happy with Tradewind.

They were very professional, showed up on time, and gave us options to accept the quote online (and pay online). DuBosar was very communicative, with Tammy helping me with email updates and scheduling the repair after the initial quote. When they arrived, they met with me and informed me of the work they had planned to ensure we were on the same page. They got to work immediately and repaired the back flow and valves, two breaks in the water lines, and wiring damage that was quoted. Upon testing they discovered a few more issues (more breaks, open pipes, bad heads), and offered to repair the same day with a reasonable modification to the price. I was impressed with their speed, their expertise, and most importantly their communication.
