The owners make there employees do dangerous…read morejobs and make them half ass the customers signs to get as many jobs done in a day no matter if it puts the employees life on the line and could possibly kill them. As well as the receptionist Kathy treats her crews like trash and verbally abuses them to there face as well as over the phone/text messages etc, completly degrading them of there work ethic while the owners John and rene do nothing about it and go on vacation pretty much every week disregarding the problems & dangers in the work place just to make a quick dollar. Firing employees after they get hurt on the job due the managers lack of accountability for forcing an employee to rig the job and get it out of the way. i know multiple previous employees who have gotten hurt due to this companys lack of safety and proceeds to fire said employee and not take care of the medical expenses. Management forces there employees to break/damage bulbs and other electrical wiring on the customers sign to raise the price, or convince the customer they need more LED conversions just to make extra money for the owners vacation fund.
