I told the lady (Angie the owner) kindly that she didn't glue a nail right and she told me she could fix it later when she's filing and it didn't fix it I told her but she didn't do anything about it. And then it felt like she was in a rush and was doing a bad job. She left my nails thick and i felt uncomfortable with them. And whenever i would tell her about making all my nails even she seemed like she was getting annoyed but like I'm like paying you to do them right and decent at least. I won't be going there again. Went in for a pedicure. The lady put the wrong gel color on. I didn't realize it until she had already applied first coat. She showed me the color in the book, which was not the one I chose. The one I chose was two colors down from that one, but obviously she grabbed the wrong one and didn't even confirm before she continued with the rest of my nails. I asked her to take off the color since it was not the one I chose. Instead, she buffed the nail polish and began applying the one I wanted over the other color, but you could clearly see the orange nail polish coming through the light beige one I chose. She was upset because I asked her to remove the orange polish and started removing it with the drill. As she did this she kept knocking the sides of my skin and it was burning. She finally removed the nail polish, she then rinsed my feet aggressively, dried them halfway, so I asked her not to apply any polish that I was done. My feet were still wet and needed to put my socks and shoes on. She gesture to me to put my shoes on, but I told her my feet were wet and that I needed a towel to dry them. She tossed the towel at my feet, so I dried them myself, and put my shoes on. She began asking me how I wanted to pay, but I went to the owner instead since she was treating me poorly. I told the owner I was only paying for the pedicure and not the polish. They wanted to charge me an additional fee for taking off the polish. I paid for the pedicure only plus the additional fee for using my card. The manicurist didn't even apologize and neither did the owners. I would never go back to this place of business again. She knew she made a mistake, but didn't even apologize and did nothing to try to make it right. Would not recommend! read more

Was there to have a pedicure on Super Bowl day 2025. As I was getting my pedicure there was a lady having her lunch right where she had just finished doing someone's nails. It was about noon. It wasn't that busy I was the only one there. I think it was the owner not sure but she came over and asked what I was getting done I told and she kept on insisting to get a full set done I said no I had no time then she told another lady who was straightening things up to start doing my nail so she comes over and starts getting her stuff ready and proceeded to grab my hand and I told her no she then tried again and said it's ok. I started laughing and said no it's not. The owner came over upset. They started talking in their own language. Good thing my pedicure was done I got up paid and left. Experience was very weird and being the only one there they were very pushy. Will Never Go Back Again! read more

I knew I had stopped coming here for a reason. I walked In for a pedi. As I walk in I don't get greeted. I sit and wait. 2 other girls walk in and get a chair right away. I walk up to Angie ( the owner) and tell her I've been sitting for 20 minutes waiting for a pedi. She then tells me to wait outside! I've been sitting inside for the past 20 minutes! I go back and sit, an older lady walks in and says she needs a pedi. Angie gets up and tells her to sit on the chair... I was so mad! I grabbed my stuff and walked away!! I will never go back! A few of us went to this nail salon on thanksgiving day, and I appreciate that they were open. We had mani and pedi done and the massage was great and the pedi, but the only thing I didn't like was the way she cut my nails, she really dug in there and I winced and took my foot away a few times but she just kept going in. I had some acrylic matte gel nails done and I wanted them into a stiletto shape, she tried her best but they were looking more like almond. She did a good job overall but I like my nails a certain way and she didn't listen. And due to the matte, she didn't make sure they were all dry because my thumb created a bubble and lifted. She fixed it there but after I left, the pinky was also lifting so I went back and had her fix it again. Then a few days later my thumb started to lift too. I'm pretty picky I want my nails to be like a brand new set every time that way there isn't any lifting or there aren't any hidden cracks etc... my experience was pleasant and I don't have any complaints. I came here on the recommendation of my aunt and while it was a pleasant experience I didn't feel like it was extraordinary in any way. I walked in and a woman was laying in one of the pedicure chairs and she asked me what I wanted done, I told her a full set and she instructed me to sit. The man who did my nails was nice but didn't try talking to me much which I didn't mind, I like to just watch the tv. I opted for gel polish because my nails usually get destroyed at work, I'll update later on how long they last. They are cheap I will give then that. They're fast and very friendly! The quality of the nails are a bit sloppy. The sides are painted on some . Last visit the lady sand drilled all my edges AFTER they were completely finished. So the edges were just white. Then there was so many layers it never fully dried. I only had black with glitter. She messed up and put a matte finish instead of shiny gloss. Then added gloss. For a while a few nails were like water beds. I thought it would dry eventually. Not quite. The polish ended up peeling about 2 weeks later and had black gooey polish underneath. Knowing they charge to fix their work. I pealed it and just did black. Others eventually split and I just decided to remove them all. Everyone was gooey under top coat. Also because they file a lot of your nails on the whole top layer before adding Acrylic the chemicals soak into your nails to your skin. I thought that was odd and later told by my old beautician who's retired, that is NOT professional or safe. Both my thumb nails got a bacterial infection under the Acrylic layer turning my actual nails green. Usually it happens if you have trama to your top layer nail platelets but this was due to the chemicals and undried underneath. Will not go back. EVER. I hope it was just a fluke with my nails and rare thing with them because the staff is super friendly. read more

I've been here a few times and every time I end up getting like green and brown in my nails and they are super thin and hurt. Nails get done fast but are super uneven, not completely painted, have bubbles, not filed down all the way so a piece of the fake nail sticks out of the nail polish and I can't file it because it's at the top not on the side. For $45 it's definitely not worth the pain and turn out. The service is good to only certain people it's a pick and choose kind of thing. Tony is probably your best bet here. Also when I was there for a pedicure a guy had come in to get his feet done and went to give her the card to pay he had given her the wrong card and Kelly (Angie) yelled out that it had declined. You don't do that to people, he gave her the right card after that but was quick to leave and the look on his face upset me the second hand embarrassment was real. It's safe to say he was not going to be returning as he took his daughter and basically bolted out of the salon read more

I have been going to Kelly "Angie" for over 8 years, since before she opened US Nails. The last few times I have been in there the service has been horrible. No massage with a #3 pedicure, toes wet for 4 hours after and got ruined. Today...I sat in a chair for so long that my feet got horribly wrinkled. I got up and left!! I use to spend $200-$400 each time I went in there and drive 3 hours down here just so she could do my nails. Now she could care less about me. It's only the dollar she cares about!!! I really always only came here for pedis for about 4 years! Love how they do pedis! But I had the same nail lady for 10+ years! Love her but recently switched because here I don't need an appointment and they're usually pretty fast! Anyway, I went in about 2 weeks ago and when she drilled the color off my nails I saw something green under the color! I freaked out and she looked at me and said "looks like fungus"!!! I was soooo pissed! I had NEVER once gotten fungus on my nails and I've had nails for over 15 years! Not only was it on one nail, it was on THREE nails!!! They have to be using unsanitized file bits! If you go there I would suggest making them sanitize their files right in front of you! They still even charged me $10 to take them all off!!! I've been going there for years but now I'm scared to even let them touch my feet!!!!! read more

I am in town this week for business and wanted my nails done. I tried to call ahead and received answering machine. I arrived to the shop at 11:35 on my hour and a half lunch. I was seated and waited 20 minutes for someone. 2 workers in the back and 2 working. I had to wait for one worker to finish with a client and go to the back for 10 minutes, while the owner attended to a client that walked in after me..assuming a regular as they addressed each other by name. My tech finally came back out and i explained I had been waiting for 20 minutes and had 45 minutes to be finished up. She said she could not complete my pink and white nail set in that time frame, she would need a full hour. I explained again I was not getting polish and had already waited 20 minutes. She told me she could not accommodate the 15 minutes. I walked out with no services, upset and disappointed. Maybe if you are a regular, you will get the customer service you should expect from a salon, but if not..go somewhere else. read more
