One side looks great but the other side looks like I got a big bag under my eye and still a deep groove in my upper cheek. I went back for a follow up and was told they could dissolve the filler (which takes me back to step one and I lose my money) or I put a warm compress and "smooth it out.". it's been over 6 weeks and there has been no change to that side. I'm not going back so they can charge me again to fix their mistake. Very unsatisfied. Will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. And for some reason they always have my first name wrong.

Before the appointment, I showed her a photo of my desired style. She looked over it several times and guided me to shampoo station where she pushed my head and hair around way too harshly and without much care as to how it felt. When I said, "hey, slow down", she responded, "we're either a good fit, or not!" Hmm? The cut was exactly the opposite of what I had asked for, after asking to see the photo several times. Now, I will say that it was in no way the cut I requested but the worst part was after going there for a pedicure and mentioning my displeasure to my pedi person about the haircut and she agreed there was no similarity between the photo and my hair. No problem. It's not the first haircut that I got where I wasn't satisfied. And because of Frankie's (Trish?) attitude at the appointment, I didn't dare go back and complain. All that being said, I attempted to make another Pedi appointment and was told they were not accepting appointments for me. No explanation, nothing, just no appointment for me! None of what she said was in any way accurate. The desk person stated that all she knew was that she was not allowed to schedule me AND at the time I was getting the cut, there were a total of one other client and Liz in the entire salon when I was there and the only person who said anything negative was the stylist. I went to Koniver Aesthetics for AviClear laser treatments. I had been suffering from acne for over a decade and I was told this would "cure it", or I would get my money back. I was also informed that it would take up to a year to see the results. After a year my skin was still terrible. At this time I was told by Koniver Aesthetics that it could NOW possibly take a year and a half. Obviously this was upsetting, but I waited. Around 18 months after the procedures my skin seemed to be worse than ever. I was livid. I reached out to their team and I was simply told there was nothing that could be done. I wanted to get on social media and write bad reviews for the establishment everywhere I could possibly find. Though, I was so depressed I didn't even have the motivation to do that. So why am I speaking out now? Well, I was wrong when I initially thought my skin was worse than ever. I spent thousands of dollars and waited 2 years to see results. We also added in some filler in my chin for facial balancing. We did not end up using all of the filler so we saved it and I scheduled a two week follow up appointment. At that next appointment we did add a tiny bit of filler but I didn't need much. The filler has made such a natural but noticeable improvement to my face shape. He also told me that since I wanted to not look like a chipmunk, 1 vial would do. Ok. He also told me women have cried after they saw their results. Said he loves doing these injections. After the swelling went down on my face, there was no discernible difference. None. $600 gone. I contacted the business and told them of my dissatisfaction with the result. Or non-result. Dawn, his assistant called. She explained to me , "that happens". That happens? Why was I not told about that? "Jamison likes to go conservative. " How about if I make another appointment to get another vial? Not gratis. Not discounted. Another $600. Wow! $600 wasted the first time. I feel I was lead on. Maybe my fault. Maybe I was vulnerable.
