To collect and ship one of the items I purchased that was located in Los Angeles 5,700 km from my location, I was charged $289US by the UPS store. Custom Pack & Ship charged me $575US to collect and ship an identical item located in Pittsfield, and send it to my location that is less than 500km away. Unfortunately, due to the dearth of alternatives in Pittsfield, I had no other option to exercise. It goes without saying that I will no longer be making any purchases of any kind in Pittsfield.

I like to grab a coffee, spend some time at the farmer's market on Saturdays, then pick up my mail and packages. There's ample municipal parking (directly in front of the building). Postal vehicles are tucked behind the building and out of sight. Service is friendly in this lovely historical building.
