There are two regular employees: an Asian man and an Asian woman. They're so fast and efficient that I've barely had a chance to chat with them. Today, I returned a pair of boots. I was assuming it was through Happy Returns, so I just put them in a random box without sealing it. It wasn't. But, the Asian woman kindly told me she'd seal the box for me and take care of the rest even though I offered to do it myself, which I should've done anyway. I see I am just the second review, but given the other review was 7 years ago, it's possible that…read morethings were different back then so I'll just speak about now. I have to say having just moved, Freight has been incredibly helpful. I've had a somewhat complex move with several things arriving at different times, trying to work with Transfer so they had to make just one shipment on this side of the channel, etc. and Freight has been incredibly responsive, flexible, kind, and polite. It's true they (to my knowledge) do have a bit of a monopoly but I never felt they treated me with anything other than their best effort. They are a busy office and so note that they may not always be there to pick up the phone the second you call (they are loading your shipment!) but I found them to be very responsive and clear, both through email and phone (even when I asked the same questions 10 times). Moving is not fun. Like most people, I hate it. I am very thankful that they were very patient with all my questions and yes all my stuff ended up in my new place a-okay.
