I used Informed daily mail and the e-mails are always spot on. I get the e-mail of what is coming to my home and then it appears accurately every time. Today was a different situation. Neither one of these employees wanted to contact the carrier or help me resolve this issue in anyway. Poor service. Poor heart conditions.
