But worse yet they cancelled out the $10 in postage I already paid, so now to I have to pay postage twice. I don't expect much from any quasi government organization, but this is unacceptable! Do better. Do much better. If i worked that way I'd be fired on the spot, as I should be!!

I have a po box and at times I have to feel I would be better getting my mail sent to russia…read more My Package is there... its sorted... confirmed for delivery but since they don't feel like putting it in my box.. I am told it will be in tomorrow. Isn't tracking great. I followed up and the package is in a post office about 5 miles away where they forgot to put in on the morning truck. I don't like the way these people tend to cover each other.... the tracking said it was there but a call confirmed it wasn't. Even though it said it so.
